In this way, the time that the chemical in the cup receives the ultrasonic vibration before being atomized is reduced to keep the concentration of the chemical from decreasing and to hold the concentration of chemical components in the sprayed mist constant at a high level.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for retaining freshness of fresh food, which includes reliable peeling and removing of stuck contaminated substance to exert sterilization effect so as to secure the safety of a cut fresh food product and to suppress oxidization to keep the freshness and deliciousness of the fresh food product for a long period of time when producing the cut fresh food product.SOLUTION: The method for retaining freshness of the fresh food includes: sterilizing and cleaning the fresh food using calcined calcium aqueous solution; peeling or coring the fresh food if necessary; soaking the fresh food in antioxidant solution or spraying the antioxidant solution to the fresh food; cutting the fresh food into pieces each with a prescribed size; soaking the cut fresh food in freshness-keeping solution or spraying the freshness-keeping solution to the cut fresh food; cleaning off the excessive freshness-keeping solution stuck to the surface of the cut fresh food taken out from the freshness-keeping solution using mixture gas of nitrogen gas/carbon dioxide; storing the fresh food from which the excessive freshness-keeping solution is cleaned off, in a gas impermeable container together with deoxidizer; simultaneously filling the container with the mixture gas of nitrogen gas/carbon dioxide; and hermetically sealing the container.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a gas-liquid mixed liquid in which gas is present in liquid with a high density in the form of stable nano-size bubbles for a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: A gas is supplied into a liquid, and while the liquid into which the gas has been supplied is pressurized at a pressurization rate of 0.17 MPa/sec or more, the liquid and the gas are mixed. When mixing them, the pressure of the liquid is adjusted to 0.15 MPa or more to generate a gas-liquid mixed liquid in a pressurized state. While maintaining the pressurized state, the generated gas-liquid mixed liquid is stored in a liquid storage tank 5 in a predetermined amount in an airtight state. Subsequently, the pressure of the gas-liquid mixed liquid stored in the liquid storage tank is reduced to atmospheric pressure at a depressurization rate of 2,000 MPa/sec or less, whereby a gas-liquid mixed liquid where nano-size bubbles are mixed in the liquid can be generated.
