    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image by excessively adjusting parameters of color space on the basis of a captured image and without making the image lose sense of reality.SOLUTION: An image combining apparatus 1 comprises: an information acquisition part 53; an image adjustment part 54; and a combining part 56. An information acquisition part 53 obtains numerical values on brightness of a pixel area having a specific color in one piece of image data among plural pieces of image data sequentially captured at different exposure times. The image adjustment part 54 adjusts the numerical value obtained by the information acquisition part 53. The combining part 56 adjusts brightness of the pixel region having specific color in the one piece of image data at the numerical value adjusted by the image adjustment part 54, and combines the one piece of adjusted image data with another piece of image data among plural pieces of image data to generate combined image data in which a dynamic range is enlarged.
