    • PURPOSE: With the above captioned jet valve to inject fuel pulsatively with application of spherical valve, to improve both fuel jet volume control and atomizing efficiency at initiation of fuel injection by furnishing swirling device to organize fuel swirling stream on downstream of valve seat.
      CONSTITUTION: Screw grooved element 24 with fuel swirling fuel groove 24 is pressed in the valve housing at downstream directly under valve seat 4 of which immediate understream portion is formed to outlet orifice 23 to measure volume of fuel. With this device, fuel supplied through fuel inlet 21 does not swirl when it is passing through valve seat 4, thus enabling to prevent increase of valve stroke. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the time required for the valve to arrive at its stabilized condition after starting to stroke, or the time required for the fuel stream becomes to be settled for the control after it commenced to flow. Therefore, the control can be arranged at the point of short pulse width of exciting current applied on coil 19, in other words at the point where flow rate is small.

    • 目的:利用上述标题喷射阀,通过应用球形阀脉动喷射燃料,通过提供旋流装置在阀座下游组织燃料旋流,提高燃油喷射开始时的燃油喷射量控制和雾化效率。 构成:具有燃料旋转燃料槽24的螺旋槽元件24在阀壳体的下游直接在阀座4的下游被压紧,在阀座4处形成立即下流部分到出口孔23以测量燃料的体积。 利用该装置,通过燃料入口21供给的燃料在通过阀座4时不会旋转,能够防止阀行程的增加。 因此,可以减少开始行程后阀达到其稳定状态所需的时间,或者燃料流开始流动后为控制所需的时间变得困难。 因此,控制可以布置在施加在线圈19上的激励电流的短脉冲宽度的点处,换句话说,在流量小的点处。
