    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a starting clutch capable of controlling transmission torque of the starting clutch following change of accelerator operation quantity without having a plurality of data maps of torque coefficient C. SOLUTION: A clutch control unit 15 decides clutch instruction torque Tc1 on the basis of the torque coefficient C, engine speed Ne and engine speed correction quantity Ne off , and controls engaging condition of the starting clutch 3 on the basis of the clutch instruction torque Tc1. With this structure, engaging condition of the starting clutch 3 can be controlled in response to quick operation of the accelerator, and blow-up of the engine can be finely controlled per the accelerator operation quantity. As data maps for deciding the torque coefficient C on the basis of rotating speed ratio of a clutch input shaft 12 and a clutch output shaft 13, one data map is enough to be provided inside a data housing unit 14, and increase of data quantity housed inside the data housing unit 14 can be prevented.
