    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping force control device making optimum correction based on the Weber-Fechner law and considering the sensibility of a human being such as feeling of vibration suppression. SOLUTION: The damping force control device includes: a damping control means CC controlling damping force of a shock absorber AB; a detection means DT detecting at least an acceleration of a spring upper part in a vertical direction and a relative displacement between the spring upper part and a spring lower part; and a damping coefficient calculation means CE calculating a damping coefficient used for damping force control based on the detection result. The damping force control device further includes a sensible acceleration increment calculation means WF calculating a sensible acceleration increment corresponding to a stimulus increment of the Weber-Fechner law, based on the detection result of the detection means DT, and a correction means MD correcting the damping coefficient according to the sensible acceleration increment of the calculation result.
