    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain with a simple structure enough displacement in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction, with respect to an input in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A toe collect bush 1 has an inner cylinder 2, an outer cylinder 3 and an elastic body 4 that is integrated with an intermediate ring 5 embedded therein. The inner cylinder 2 has a large diameter part 6 formed at an intermediate part and having slant surfaces 7 at both ends in the axial direction. The intermediate ring 5 has an approximately semi arc shape in a section diagram perpendicular to the axial direction, and forming an inward projection 10 at one end side of a body part 8 parallel to the axial direction. A pair of the intermediate rings are arranged at both ends of the inner ring 2, facing each other in opposite directions, and respective slant surfaces 11 are arranged opposite to the slant surfaces 7 at the both sides of the large diameter part 6. If the outer cylinder 3 tries to move to either side in the axial direction by a lateral force F, spring of the elastic body 4 is increased by the intermediate ring 5 and a large reaction force is generated by a gap filling part 12 which is compressed between the slant surfaces 7 and 11, thereby generating a large displacement in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension of a vehicle capable of preventing the deterioration of the straight-advancing performance of a vehicle when traveling on an off-road or the partial wear of a tire, while improving the steering stability of the vehicle.SOLUTION: In a torsion beam type suspension 1 of a vehicle, right and left trailing arms 2 making a pair and arranged in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction are coupled by a torsion beam 3 arranged in a vehicle width direction. Front ends of the right and left trailing arms 2 are journaled to a vehicle body so as to vertically rock. Rear wheels (wheels) 50 are rotatably supported by rear end portions of the trailing arms 2 through hub carriers 8. A lower end of the hub carrier 8 is supported by the trailing arm 2 so as to rotate about an axis in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction as the center, and an upper end of the hub carrier 8 is coupled to a generally center portion in the vehicle width direction of the torsion beam 3 by a control rod 15.
