      SOLUTION: Construction management on the piping and the equipment is conducted, on the basis of outside air temperature and meteorological data by obtaining meteorological data through prior measurement of the outside air temperature on site and the temperature at spots inside a reactor building 1, where temperatures could drop below freezing, selecting the piping and equipment near a door 5 of the reactor building, which is susceptible to the change in outside air and is highly likely to freeze and conducting analytical surveys of outside air temperature and the fluctuations in the temperatures inside the building, on the basis of the obtained data.

    • PURPOSE:To insert wires into a conduit tube efficiently by protruding a bolt fitted vertically to a cap at the end of the conduit tube, to be buried in a con crete body at the time of concrete work, from the surface of a frame where concrete is placed. Consequently, it becomes possible to arrange the conduit tube 2 correctly at a specified position, prevent ready-mixed concrete from flowing into the conduit tube path 2, and make wire laying work more efficient.
