      SOLUTION: A parking aid system 10 is used for a transmission stage shift operation device having a parking aid dedicated range for executing a parking aide of a vehicle. Therefore, when a driver shifts the shift lever from the other range into the parking aid dedicated range, the driver can recognize that the operating force required for shifting the shift lever is increased, thereby the driver can perform the shift into the parking aid dedicated range while actually feeling the shifting. As a result, it prevents an unintentional erroneous operation for the shifting into the parking aid dedicated range by the driver, thereby improving the safety.
