    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a gas turbine plant from damage by an excessive temperature by imparting an opening limiting value of a fuel pressure control valve on the basis of opening of a fuel flow control valve, and performing a gas turbine trip when opening of the fuel pressure control valve exceeds the opening limiting value in ignition operation of a combustor. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine controller for feeding combustion gas to a gas turbine 8 by mixedly burning delivery air from an air compressor 2 and fuel fed from fuel piping by a combustor 4, a fuel pressure control valve 5 is interposed in primary side fuel piping of a fuel flow control valve 6 arranged in the fuel piping. This fuel pressure control valve 5 is controlled by the gas turbine controller 11 according to output of a first pressure detector 18 for detecting primary side fuel pressure to control the primary side fuel pressure to set an opening limiting value of the fuel pressure control valve 5 on the basis of opening of the fuel flow control valve 6 at this time. When opening of the fuel pressure control valve 5 exceeds the opening limiting value in ignition operation of the combustor 4, a feed of fuel is cut off.

Since a speed load control signal FN follows in a position higher by a margin value FBA than an exhaust gas temperature control signal FT or a load limit control signal FLL, the speed load control signal FN is lowered from a position higher by the margin value FBA and even when it is selected as the fuel control signal, rapid disturbance does not occur. Further, when a fuel flow rate is adjusted by means of the exhaust gas temperature control signal FT, even when the exhaust gas temperature control signal FT is rapidly increased, the speed load control signal FN follows only at a maximum follow rate determined by the upper limit set value of an upper limiter 46, the rapid change of a fuel flow rate is suppressed.

And, depending on this fuel requirement amount, a fuel control valve 5 is controlled to operate a combustor 4, and the accidental fire preventive function is confirmed. After that, since the fuel requirement amount output from a speed/load control circuit 7 is increased by the decrease of the shaft speed, the original fuel requirement amount maintained by the integrator 6d is output from a low valve selection circuit 8, and the fuel amount after the test is restored to the value before stopping the normal operation.

Thereby the revolving speed of the water service pump, which is particularly used with variable pressure, can be controlled within a range which is free from generation of cabitation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal stress of hot parts of a gas turbine for favorable aas turbine starting by using a generator as a motor and an acceleration rate control means to control a current in the generator so that the gas turbine after warmed up can be accelerated at a preset shaft acceleration rate. SOLUTION: An air compressor 4, a gas turbine 7 and a generator 7 are joined together in a coaxial manner. With the control of a current in the generator, an acceleration rate control means controls the acceleration rate of a gas turbine to be an acceleration rate set value. A starting fuel setting means sets a fuel amount supplied to the gas turbine 7 during acceleration in accordance with a preset process amount to output a starting fuel setting signal. A speed control means outputs a speed control signal to control the rotating speed of a gas turbine shaft to a speed set value. A low value selecting means outputs a signal selected out of the starting fuel set signal and the speed control signal, whichever a lower value, as a fuel amount set signal S4. In this way, the gas turbine can be favorably started.
