    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the maintenance time of a control device by performing the investigation of cause and the support of repair from a remote place other than a plant when the control device or the like within the plant fails. SOLUTION: A data collection device 120 collects each signal in an alarm generation such as dip pipe control device alarm output signal (i), recirculating flow control device alarm output signal (h), failure display signal (j), dip pipe control failure display signal (k) or the like in the data collection part of the device 120. This system has a means for setting the device 120 for inputting the maintenance information related to a control device where a failure has occurred to the power plant side on the spot and transmitting the maintenance information to a maintenance center or the like in a remote place, and a means for setting a data transmitter-receiver 121 for receiving and displaying the maintenance information from the power plant to the remote place side. The device 120 receives the maintenance information and alarm output signal from each control device including the control device set within the management area of a nuclear power plant and selectively transmits the maintenance information where the alarm is issued to the remote place.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a set-up period of a turbine by use of a simple construction by feed-backing an output of a low-value priority circuit to the input terminal of an integrating circuit when a command signal related to opened degree of a regulation valve is to be used for closing said valve. CONSTITUTION:An error between the target speed signal (a) and an actual speed signal (b) of a turbine is sent to an amplifying circuit 2, whereby providing a speed error signal (g). A speed increasing ratio error signal (h) is obtained by integrating an error (f) between a speed increasing ratio setting signal (c) and an actual speed increasing ratio signal in an integrating circuit 6. The signal (h) is sent to a low-value priority circuit 3 together with the speed error signal (g). A signal (k) generated from the circuit 3 is further sent to a regulation valve opening controlling circuit 7. The output signal of the low-value priority circuit 6 is fed to a half-polarity operating circuit 8, from which an output signal (l) is generated. The output signal (l) is sent to an adder 5 and then fed back. Variation in output of an integrator 6 is thereby quickened, whereby shortening a period from a fully closed level of the regulation valve to a point at which the regulation valve is point to be just opened.

CONSTITUTION:The flow distribution control unit 10 of a turbine computes the flows or opening commands y1-y4 of adjusting valves depending on a total flow requirement x. At first, the control unit 10 generates a flow vector yi' responding to the valve flow commands y1-y4 by flow distribution pattern sensors 16-1-16-n. A selector 17 selects one contact point from each contact group 18 and 19 between the pattern generators 16 and an interior division vector arithmetic unit 20 and closes their circuits. An arithmetic unit 21 computes the flow distribution pattern converting point DELTAFA/PA depending on the first phase metal mismatch temperature, inner and outer metal temperatures, and the operating load band, delivering the result to the arithmetic unit 20. Therefore, a flow distribution pattern optimum to the existing condition can be obtained.
