    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer a data file by minimizing increase of overhead when a communication channel is cut off. SOLUTION: A file to be transferred is transferred as plural divided blocks to be constituted by successively dividing the file from the head by specified amount and adding a block name and error inspection information to each of divided data and reconstructed at the receiving side. Transfer of the divided blocks is one-sidedly performed from the transmitting side to the receiving side until transmission of all the blocks completes or the communication channel C is cut off. And when the communication channel C is cut off by the transmitting side according to completion of transmission of all blocks or the communication line is cut off due to abnormality, etc., of the communication line C, if the divided block in which a transmission error occurs or the divided block which is not yet received exists in the divided block received at the receiving side so far, these blocks are transferred from the transmitting side according to a request from the receiving side.
