    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling, mixing and agitating blade of a soil improvement machine capable of improving soil, improved in efficiency and quality by making the working speed fast in both penetration and pulling out. SOLUTION: The blade is constituted of a first blade provided with a shaft having an inner and an outer shafts rotating in mutually opposite directions, a first blade section provided with a plurality of lower diagonal blades fixed to the lower end of the inner shaft at the lower end and extended separately from the shaft at the upper end and a curved blade arranged from the upper end of each lower diagonal blade to the vicinity of the upper shaft than the upper end of each lower diagonal blade, and a second blade provided with upper diagonal blades fixed to the upper end of the outer shaft at the upper end extended separately from the shaft at the lower end, and horizontal excavating blades arranged from the lower end of the upper diagonal blade to the vicinity of the shaft, and arranged in the proximity of the upper part of the first blade. The lower diagonal blade is made to have a cross section forming a cutting edge shape so that the front edge in the lowering rotary direction is tapered off and the upper diagonal blade is also made to have a cross section forming a cutting edge shape so that the front edge in the rising rotary direction is tapered off. SOLUTION: The soil improvement machine has a spiral excavating cutting edge at the lower end and has a shaft provided with an inner shaft positioned above the spiral cutting edge and externally fitted to be freely rotatable at the cylinder part and an outer shaft turning in the reversal direction against the inner shaft at the upper end of the inner shaft, an upper side diagonal blade extending from the outer shaft to the lower end side while separating from the shaft, and an lower side diagonal blade extending from the upper cylindrical part to the upper end side while separating from the shaft and fixed to the end of the upper side diagonal blade at the end. The upper side diagonal blade has a cross section formed in a tapered-off cutting edge at the front end of the rising rotary direction and the lower side diagonal blade has a cross section formed in a tapered-off cutting edge at the front end in the lowering rotary direction. A plurality of horizontal agitation blades extending from respective diagonal blades to the shaft side and a plurality of horizontal agitation blades radially extending from the inner shaft are closely arranged.
