    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both stable traveling and wheel set self steering by forming a throat side to have a small curvature radius and a neutral position side to have a large curvature radius between the throat and the neutral position and a composite circular-arc part adjacent to the circular-arc of the throat in a wheel tread shape of a wheel. SOLUTION: In the step surface shape of a wheel, a throat side is formed to have a small curvature radius and a neutral position side is formed to have a large curvature radius between a throat and a neutral position, and a composite circular-arc part having two curvature radiuses and smoothly connected is formed adjacent to the circular-arc of the throat. Following the composite circular-arc part, a reverse circular-arc part having a large curvature radius and a linear part contacted therewith are formed. Specifically, between the throat and the neutral position, the composite circular-arc part is formed by smooth connection of curves of curvature radiuses of 800mm, 350mm, 100mm and 80mm from the neutral position side, and following the composite circular- arc part, the reverse circular-arc part having a curvature radius of 500mm and the linear part contacted therewith and having a slope of 1/20 are formed so as to form a wheel tread.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the stability of travel, at a curved rail zone in a bolster-less type railway vehicle bogie by constructing the bogies such that, when they reach the curved rail zone of a railway, each of them is greatly moved in back-and-forth directions and moved outwardly from the curved rails by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:Longitudinal levers 16, which are vertically arranged at mutually opposite widthwise end positions, respectively, of sides of the underside of a vehicle body, each have its lower end portion pivotally attached to a holder arm 17 fixed to a side beam 1 of a bogie frame, the upper end portion of each longitudinal lever 16 being pivoted to one end of a horizontal link 18. The other end of this horizontal link 18 is pivoted to a lower end portion of a vertical link 19 having its upper end pivoted to the underside of the vehicle body 11. Two operation links 20, 21, which are pivoted at one end to shaft boxes 5 via elastic members respectively, are rotatably connected at the other end to the longitudinal lever 16 at positions spaced by the same distance b in opposite directions from a center of connection N between the longitudinal lever 16 and the holder arm 17. At this time, the ratio of (a) to (b) (a/b) is set so as to become equal to the ratio of a distance L between the bogie centers to a distance l between the wheel shafts (L/l).

    • PURPOSE: To provide the titled coating compsn. containing an unsatd. polyester, a specified (meth)acrylate deriv. and a compd. having an epoxy group in the molecule, which cures in a short time without need of heat energy.
      CONSTITUTION: The coating compsn. contains (A) unsatd. epoxy ester obtained by reaction of an epoxy compd. with a monocarboxy compd. with an ethylenically unsatd. bond, (B) compd. of formulas I and II (where R is H or methyl; X is alkylene; n is 0, 1 or 2) and (C) compd. having a glass transition point of 450°C or higher. When necessary, the compd. may contain defoamer, anti-sagging agent, surface conditioner, rust inhibitor, filler, colorant, solvent, etc. so long as curing characteristics and corrosion preventive effect are not affected adversely. Compds. of formulas I and II are, e.g., dicyclopentenyl (meth) acrylate and dicyclopentyl (meth)acrylate.
