摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide articulated rolling stocks having a barrier-free low-floor part while utilizing existing rolling stock bodies, trucks and an articulation structure as many as possible. SOLUTION: A low-floor type rolling stock C (an intermediate rolling stock) is inserted between a high-floor type rolling stock A (a leading rolling stock) and a rolling stock B (a trailing rolling stock). The rolling stocks A and C, and the rolling stocks B and C are respectively articulated via accessory trucks 10 and 24 having no motors. Therefore, an articulated structure between the conventional rolling stock A and rolling stock B can be used between the rolling stocks A and C, and the rolling stocks B and C. In other words, a truck frame structure of a trailing end part of the rolling stock C is the same as that of a trailing end part of the rolling stock A, and a truck frame structure of a leading part of the rolling stock C is the same as that of a leading part of the rolling stock B. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure of a rolling stock and its production method which reduces the number of man-hours required to form a side part body structure in a rolling stock assembly process, completes in a short period of production time with fine finish, has a mass production effect, and reduces its production cost. SOLUTION: A chassis plate panel unit made by integrating a molded resin interior and exterior parts and a foamed material and a reinforcing metal plate is fixed on a body structure frame by a bolting means instead of an outer panel forming the side surface of the rolling stock. The structure allows skipping of welding work of the outer panel and work after welding which are conventionally required, and reduces the number of man-hours because installation of inner surface component is not needed. By mounting a window glass and interior parts prior to mounting the unit on the body structure frame, the construction period is shortened. Furthermore, by designing the rolling stock by employing the chassis plate panel unit a unit corresponding to module design, production cost of the train can be reduced thanks to the mass production effect.
