    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a smooth running of a bogie for rolling stock by reducing the unsprung weight for lessening of vibrations and impacts at running and directing the axle toward the center of the curvature when the bogie is passing along a curved track. SOLUTION: Motors 3 to directly drive an axle 2 are installed in front and in the rear of a vehicle body at a certain spacing from each other, and a pair of beam members 5a are extended at a certain spacing in the direction of sleeper from the outer cylinder 3a of each motor 3 in such a way as confronting in the direction of rail, and each pair of beam members 5a opposing in the center of the bogie are connected rotatably in the direction of rail with pins 6 in the direction of sleeper so that a pair of beams 5 in the direction of rail are formed, wherein each pin 6 is equipped with a vertically directed link 7 in such a way as rotatable in the direction of rail, and the links 7 are connected with the vehicle body 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck for rolling stock which is simple in the structure of a mechanism to decide and restrain revolution of a wheel shaft, has good running stability in high speed operation, is applicable to a steering mechanism to work with the relative yaw angle of a car body even in case it is applied to an articulated structure car, and allows a monoaxial truck to be used easily as a biaxial boggie truck, articulated biaxial truck, or articulated monoaxial truck. SOLUTION: The two ends of a wheel shaft 10 are supported by respective shaft boxes 11, each of which is installed on intermediate frame 12 with possibility of swinging in the vertical direction, wherein a primary spring damper device is installed between the shaft box and intermediate frame 12, and a bracket 14 extending downward is installed on the undersurface of the car body and is equipped with a parallel link mechanism 15 consisting of a plurality of links extending in the direction of rail, and the intermediate frame 12 is supported by the parallel link mechanism 15, while a secondary spring damper device 16 is installed between the intermediate frame 12 and car body.
