摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rigidity of a structural material for the floor surface and wall surface of a structure etc., by bonding the projections of each panel to one or more projections of another panel. SOLUTION: A panel 3 uses a cold drawn steel plate as a raw material and is processed by a method in which projections of a prescribed shape is pressed so that the distance between centers of adjacent projections 2 and a bottom surface is 350mm, and the two panels 3 are laminated to form a panel laminate 5. Surface materials 4 (particle boards) are joined to the upper and lower surfaces of the panel laminate 5 to make a high rigidity panel 1. The bonding of the projections to each other is done by spot welding, and the surface materials 4 are joined to the upper and lower surfaces by vises. In the lamination of the panels 3, each of the projections 2 of the lower panel 3 and each of the projections 2 of the upper panel 3 make a pair of 1:1, but they are joined together in a state in which the centers of respective projections are somewhat dislocated.

CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane undercoating is formed on a rubber by wet- curing an end urethane prepolymer of an isocyanate group containing a 2 to 25wt.% NCO group and a 300 to 5000 number average molecular weight, and then the isocyanate group end urethane prepolymer and polyol are sprayed by a two-liquid hot airless sprayer and a urethane elastomer topcoating is formed in a less than 10-minute curing time. Since polyurethane coating can be made easily and in a short time, it is most suitable for repairing wornout rubber (e.g. conveyor belt).

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a surface-treated steel sheet having superior suitability to coating by electrodeposition and superior corrosion resistance at the damaged part of a coating film by plating at least one side of a steel sheet with a Zn-Fe alloy and forming a plasma-modified layer in the surface of the resulting plating layer. CONSTITUTION:A plating layer of a Zn-Fe alloy contg. 5-30wt.% Fe is formed on at least one side of a steel sheet and this plated steel sheet 4 is set on a sample holder 5 in a vacuum chamber 2 with the plated side upward. Gaseous Ar is introduced into the chamber 2 from a gas feeding pipe 1 to form an atmosphere of Ar under reduced pressure. High voltage is then impressed between the chamber 2 as the anode and the plated steel sheet 4 as the cathode with a DC power source 7 and DC glow discharge is caused on the Zn-Fe alloy plated side or high-temp. plasma is brought into contact with the plated side to dezincify the Zn-Fe alloy plating layer. A modified Fe-Zn alloy plating layer having a very high Fe content is formed and a steel sheet for an automobile having superior suitability to coating by electrodeposition, superior corrosion resistance at the damaged part of a coating film formed by electrodeposition and superior workability is produced.

CONSTITUTION:An electric insulator to be treated is put in a plasma treatment vessel under reduced pressure. Hydrocarbon-based gas is introduced into the vessel and converted into plasma by high frequency or microwave discharge to form a carbon coating layer of about 1-10 nm thickness on the surface of the electric insulator. A metal coating layer is then formed on the surface of the carbon coating layer by electroplating or other method. Thus, the metal coating layer can be formed on the surface of the electric insulator in simplified stages at a low cost in a short time.
