    • PURPOSE:To easily bend a metallic pipe without damaging a covering layer, by inserting a bender body into a metallic pipe body, and giving a bending moment from the inside surface of the pipe by use of plural pressing dies fitted to the bender. CONSTITUTION:A pipe bender is inserted into the inside of a metallic pipe 1 having a covering layer 20. On one side part of this bender body 2, pressing dies 3, 4 are placed, and on the other side, a pressing die 5 is placed. When a pressurized liquid is led into cylinders 7, 8 from a pressurized liquid hose 18, pistons 10, 11 are pressed and moved, also the pressing dies 3, 4 move against a return spring 14, contact with the inside surface of the metallic pipe 1, and by its reaction force, the pressing die 5 of the other side also contacts with the inside surface of the metallic pipe 1. When liquid pressure is further provided, force alpha by the pressing die 3, force beta by the pressing die 4 and force gamma by the pressing die 5 are provided to the inside surface of the metallic pipe 1, and the bender body 2 receives reaction force of said force alpha, beta and gamma. When liquid pressure is further provided to the pistons 10, 11, bend-working is performed to the metallic pipe 1 having the covering layer 20.

    • PURPOSE:To easily drive a pile under low-niose and low-vibration conditions by penetrating a reaction pile and a main pile into the ground by utilizing the weights of a crane, a crane base, and a main beam. CONSTITUTION:A crane base 11 is set on the ground 1, and a crane 3 is mounted on the base 11. A main beam 8 is fixed to the base 11. A reaction pile 5 is penetrated into the ground 1 by utilizing the weights of the crane 3, the base 11, and the main beam 8 by means of a reaction pile penetrating drawer 4 attached to the main beam 8. A main pile 7 is then penetrated into the ground 1 by utilizing the drawing resistance of the pile 5 and the weights of the crane 3 and the main beam 8 by means of a main pile penetrator 6 attached to the main beam 8. The reaction pile 5 is drawn out by the drawer 4 for recovery. Since the piles are driven by utilizing the weights of the crane 3, etc., the driving of the pile can be made under low-noise and low-vibration conditions.

Respective beams 6 and 8 for moving the die 9 and a supporting shaft 24 to which a cross joint is pivotally jointed are moved together in the direction of approaching the jack 7, and the die 9 also moves in the direction of approaching the jack 7 by the cross joint through lock arms 26. Accordingly, a pressing force P is added to the pipe 10, and reactions R1 and R2 are added to the pipe by the dies 14 and 16, to bend the pipe 10.

    • PURPOSE:To bend a pipe without damaging the surface of the pipe by holding three points of the pipe at equal intervals and giving pressing force to the center and giving reaction force to both sides by extension of a jack. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 11 to be worked is passed through a pipe plunger punch 10 and fitted to pipe receiving dies 7, 9. When a hydraulic jack 1 is extended, jack seats 12, 14 move in the direction to separate from each other and consequently, compression beams 2, 4 turn around pivots 17, 18 in the direction to part from each other. An axis 20 to which plunger punch pulling beams 3, 5 and a cross joint 19 are pivoted moves to approach the hydraulic jack 1. At the same time, the pipe plunger punch 10 is moved to approach the hydraulic jack 1 by the cross joint 19 through clamp arms 21, 22. Thus, pressing force is given to the pipe 11 by the pipe plunger punch 10 and reaction force is given by pipe receiving dies 7, 9, and the pipe 11 is bent.
