    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for lining piping capable of lining the inner surface of the piping from one side end over a full length of the piping including an elbow pipe even if including the elbow pipe, and a construction method of lining existing piping using the apparatus for lining piping. SOLUTION: The apparatus for lining piping comprises a front end side pig 1, a rear end side pig 2, and a pig 3 for push-insertion connected together in this order wherein an operating member 6 for pushing and pulling is connected to the pig 3 for push-insertion, the rear end side pig 2 and the pig 3 for push-insertion are connected with a rear end side spring wire 5 having flexibility, and the front end side pig 1 and the rear end side pig 2 are connected with a front end side spring wire 4 having flexibility which is softer than the rear end side spring wire 5. The construction method of lining comprises coating with lining material L the inner surface of an existing piping P1 with elbow pipes P2 for town gas laid down in a housing site C using this apparatus for lining.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping lining device which can make uniform the thickness of a coating material layer inside an indoor crosscut pipe, using a simple means, when the piping is coated for regeneration, and thereby, achieve advantages such as low cost, excellent durability and high quality, and to provide a piping lining method.
      SOLUTION: Sweepback surface parts 7A and 8A are formed on the tops of a first moving element 7 and a second moving element 8, and a rather broad surplus space parts J and Q are secured to the inner wall part 4a of the indoor crosscut pipe 4. Further, a coating material of the rather thick coating material layer 9a existing in the surplus space parts J and Q between the sweepback surface parts 7A and 8A and the inner wall part 4a of the indoor crosscut pipe 4, flows down along both left/right side surfaces of the indoor crosscut pipe 4 by a specified amount due to a surface tension, following the formation of the coating material layer 9a. Thus the thickness of the coating material layer 9a is unified. Consequently, it is possible to make the thickness of the internal coating material layer 9a of the indoor crosscut pipe 4 by a simple means and thereby, improve workability at a low cost and finish a coating material application with excellent durability and high quality.
