摘要： PURPOSE:To charge rubble without the occurrence of dispersion more than necessary degrees by a method in which the upper end of a guard part made of a flexible material is connected to a rubble-charging opening of a base ship for charging rubble, and the rubble is charged though the guard part. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a guard part 3 made of a flexible material is connected to the rubble-charging opening 2 of a base ship 1, and the base ship 1 is set in proximity to a sheet pile 5 driven. Rubble 6 is charged through the part 3 from the opening 2, and after the charging of rubble 6 for one place is ended, the ship 1 is moved and charging operation of the rubble 6 is continued. Since the rubble 6 is guided by the part 3, no dispersion of the rubble 6 more than necessary degree takes place.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the corrosion resistance and strength of driven steel parts by a method in which plural forms are set to surround the portions to be protected from corrosion of a driven steel part, a water stopper between the driven steel part and the forms and between the forms is swelled with water, sea water between the driven steel part and the forms is discharged, and a hardening filler is packed. CONSTITUTION:The basal ends of many steel brackets 5 are fixed to the surrounding lower than the corrosive portion A of a driven steel member 1. A water-swelling water stopper 2 is adhered to circumferential face and end portions to be touched by the part 1 of paired semi-annular bottom forms 7 with a flange 6 and the forms 7 are connected by thrusting a bolt 8 through the flange 6. A reinforcement is set on the inside of a pair of forms 9 to make up paired semi-cylindrical side forms 17 set around the corrosive portion, many split-type bands 13 are set on the periphery, and a water stopper 2 on the lower end of the forms 9 is set on the forms 7. The water stoppers 2 on the circumferential end portion are contacted with each other. The forms 9 are connected with a bolt 19, the forms 9 and 7 are connected with a bolt 20, sea water in the space surrounded by the forms 9 and 7 and the part 1 is discharged, and a hardening filler is packed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To firmly reinforce a steel pipe column, by a method wherein the portion to be reinforced of a steel pipe column is surrounded with a reinforcing material, the reinforcing material is surrounded with a press jig, and after the base end part of each projection part of the reinforcing material is fastened by means of a bolt to press the reinforcing material against a pile, the reinforcing material is welded to the pile. CONSTITUTION:Two reinforcing materials 3 with projections made of steel are located in a manner to surround the portion to be reinforced, such as corro sion, part, of a steel pipe pile 4, and two jigs of upper and lower annular press jigs 7 are located in a manner to surround the vicinity of the base end part of each projection part 2 of each reinforcing material 3. The reinforcing material 3 is firmly adhered to the pile 4 by fastening bolts 6 of the press jig 7, and the exposure part on the base end side and the forward end of each projection part 2 are temporarily secured to the pile 4 by temporary welding 12. After the jig 7 is removed, the unwelded part of the reinforcing part 3 is coupled to the pile 4 by regular welding 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily assemble a formwork by a method in which plural metal bands are provided on periphery of an anticorrosive formwork of a split cylinder form and supporting metals projected inwards from the metal bands on the periphery for supporting reinforcing bars are also provided. CONSTITUTION:The splash zone and ebb-and-flow zone 13 of a steel tubular pile 12 are anticorrosively reinfoeced by surrounding the pile 12 with a split cylinder-like formwork 1 with reinforcements and also by placing concrete into the space between the periphery of the pile 12 and the formwork 9. Metal bands 2 of a split-cylinder form are provided to the upper end, center and lower end of the formwork 1, and connecting metals 4 are provided to both sides of each metal band 2. A split-cylinder like reinforcing bar 7 is also provided to the supporting metals 3 projected from the inside of the band 2 to the inner surface or more of the formwork 1. The anticorrosive cylindrical formwork for steel tubular pile can thus be easily built up.

A formwork supporter 4 to support side formworks 3 set on a bottom formwork 2 thrust with the upper part of the pile 1 and on both sides in the widthwise direction of the bottom formwork 2 is supported by the hanging supporter.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the corrosion resistance of steel materials for civil construction work as well as to protect the anticorrosive film formed on the surface of steel materials from damage during handling and driving operations by integrally forming a heavily anticorrosive film of urethane elastomer on the surface of the steel materials, e.g. steel pipe, etc., to be driven. CONSTITUTION:Anticorrosive covering film 18 of urethane elastomer, having excellent corrosion resistance, excellent impact resistance, and excellent wear resistance, is integrally provided through a primer on both sides of the surface of a steel tubular sheet pile consisting of a steel tube 1 and partly notched round steel couplers 2 to be fixed to both sides in the diametrical direction of the steel tube 1. The urethane elastomer used is prepared by mixing an isocyanate and a polyol. Damage to the paint film can thus be prevented during the driving operations, and the corrosion resistance of the sheet pile can be kept for long period of time.

CONSTITUTION:The 0.6-4mm. thick coated layer 5 provided on each surface of the inside of a U-type steel pile 2 is composed especially preferably of an adhesive agent layer 7 and a crosslinking plastic layer 6 where the crosslinking degree shown by gel ratio is given by 20-100%. A thin coated layer 10 with a thickness 0.1-0.5mm. bonded with a comparatively thin plastic layer 9 through an adhesive agent layer 8 is provided on the outside of a joint part 4 in the form of a belt. It is desired from the point of prevention of the coated layer 10 on the joint part 4 from peel to lap this thin coated layer 10 respectively partially over both end sides of the thick coated layer 5.
