    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work by welding a cable path pipe retaining seat with a flange, which can accommodate a cable path pipe through the intermediary of a water stop member, to an opening in a side face of a hand hole, and an upper cover with a flange is attached to the cable path pipe retaining seat. SOLUTION: Openings 13 are formed in two side surfaces of a hand hole 10, and a cable path pipe retaining seat 16 is welded to the outer peripheral edge of each opening 13. The hand hole 10 is set on cobble stones laid on an embedding part 3 formed be excavation. Next, power and communication cables laid in an excavated groove are connected to an electrical pipe 22 having one end connected to the hand hole 10 and attached with a sealing member 23. Thereafter, the cable path pipe 22 is lowered, one end part thereof being set on the electrical path pipe retaining seat 16, and a flange 17 of an upper cover 18 is set on a flange 15 of the retaining seat 16, bolt through holes in the flange 17 are aligned with bolt holes in the flange 15, and then bolts 24 are fastened so as to connect the cable path pipe 22 is connected to the hand hole 10. Further, the cover 25 is fitted in the hand hole 10.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently execute the knock-out. CONSTITUTION:A square pipe stock 1a is deep-drawn with a truncated square conical male die 8 and a female die corresponding to this male die to manufacture a tapered square pipe 1. One pair of stoppers 9 faced to the upper part of the male die 8 are arranged so as to be slidably in the horizontal direction. The stopper 9 is energized to the outer part of the male die 8 with a spring 13 and projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the male die 8 in the ordinary condition. When the female die descended at the time of squeezing, the inclined inner surface of the female die is brought into contact with the tip of each stopper 9, and each stopper 9 is shifted to the center direction of the male die 8 by the component of force in the horizontal direction. At the time of executing the squeezing formation, as ordinarily the tapered square pipe 1 is press-stuck to the inner surface of the female die, at the time of using the female die, the tapered square pipe 1 ascend together with the female die, but the ascending is stopped by hitting to the stopper 9, and the tapered square pipe is separated from the inner surface of the female die. In such a way, the knock-out is automatically executed in the press movement without needing a special process for knock-out.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for recombination of standby rolls and to save a time for recombining rolls on the line. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate stand 121 by which roll stands 12 and 13 and universal joint 120 are supported is provided on a sole plate 11. The sole plate is attachable/detachable on the bed of forming machine. The roll stands 12 and 13, intermediate stand 121 and universal joint 120 are carried altogether with the sole plate 11 and the rolls are recombined. The working side stand 13 is taken out from the sole plate 11 by a working side stand attaching/ detaching device 51. A spacer integrated roll 29 is taken out from or mounted on roll shafts 21 and 22 by a roll attaching/detaching robot 65 which is moved between the sole plate 11 and the working side stand attaching/detaching device 51. Though the roll shafts 21 and 22 are in cantilever state, they are inclined very little because of weight of connected universal joint 120 and the roll attaching/detaching robot 65 is not affected by the shafts 21 and 22 during operation.
