摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the position adjusting of roll position changing rolls through oscillating of the rolls during running, by providing forming rolls at the two vertexes of triangular oscillating plates and mounting the other vertex freely oscillatably to the right and left roll stands. CONSTITUTION:Shafts 2 are provided to the blocks 5, 6 which are provided horizontally slidably to upper and lower stand beams 3, 4 in the positions of the lateral symmetry with respect to the centerlines C, C of the roll stand. Next, the shafts 2 are made vertically movable by means of their nuts 7 and keys 8 without being rotated. In addition, rolls 14, 15 are mounted to the shafts 12, 13 at the other two vertexes of upper and lower triangular oscillating plates 11 peaking at the position of the shafts 2. Next, if a forming material 16 is pushed between the rolls 14 and 14, the oscillating plates 11 rotate in such a manner as to expand the space between the right and left rolls 14. Thence, when the forming material 16 is bitten in the rolls 15, the rolls 15 receive outward force and the oscillating plates 11 rotate in such a manner as to narrow the rolls 14. Then, the rolls 14, 14 and 15, 15 exert forming force to the forming material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a band steel plate to a desired sectional shape by one pass, by passing the band steel plate through the inside of a caliber formed by one upper roll, plural lower rolls and a shoe whose bending angle is varied. CONSTITUTION:When a band steel plate of a material is passed through a molding device, the band steel plate 8 is pressed down by an upper roll in a caliber constituted of a bending surface 9 of a shoe 7, and a lower roll 5, while it passes through from the first lower roll 5 to the final lower roll 5, and a bending angle of the flange part becomes large continuously. In the caliber of the final lower roll 5, the flange part is bent to right angles, and lightweight shape steel is obtained. Subsequently, between each lower roll, the material band steel plate goes forward while being hold-bundled by the bending surface 9 of the shoe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent lap occuring in an edge part by guiding a blank material of square-shaped tube, which is corner-bended to a welding roll having circular-arc- shaped upper rolls and butt-welding said material. CONSTITUTION:A blank material 5, which is corner-bended in the processes up to a fin-path-roll 9 and is formed into an open section of roughly square-shaped, is sent to welding rolls 10 in the next position. The material 5 is pressed from the periphery by the welding rolls 10, 15, whereby upper rolls 15a, 15b, having a radius of curvature R, in cooperation with the other rolls on 3 sides, keep the material 5 in the pressing status. Particularly, the overlap of faces 21, 22 into the tube is prevented, and the lap occurring in a welded face is eliminated, by the face-pressure through the upper rolls 15a, 15b. Then, butting the edge of an opening on the upward side face is butted and electrically welded, thereby a square-shaped metallic tube 12 having a welding juncture 11 on the upward side face is made.

The material 5 is pressed from the periphery by the welding roll 10, 15, whereby, since for the roll 15 a caliber of welding rolls having a prescribed butting angle theta on upward faces composed of upper rolls 15a and 15b is used, therefore edges of upper side faces 21 and 22 make a weld juncture 11 without occurrence of overlaps and flaps. A square-shaped metallic tube 12 having the juncture 11 on its upward face is adjusted its sectional shape and its longitudinal shape through a Turk's head roll 13 for leveling, then, it is cut in a required length, thereby the product is made.
