摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a guidance tube for renewing an old pipe by which the old pipe is not broken. CONSTITUTION:After the projected part 2 of a guidance tube 1, a part of whose fore end part 1a has been projected, has been positioned above, a coupling part 6 is broken. Then, the guidance tube 1 is turned by 180 deg., and the direction of the guidance tube 1 is corrected, so that the axial direction of the guidance tube 1 is brought near to parallel with that of a cast-iron pipe 51. By positioning the projected part 2 in a lower position, the distance l2 between the lower end 51b of the sectional surface 51a of the cast-iron pipe 51 and the point 3a where the end surface 2a of the projected part 2 of the guidance tube 1 is brought into contact with the cast-iron pipe 51 becomes longer. Since the distance l2 is long, even if the end part 1a of the guidance tube 1 being driven forward is brought into contact with the outside surface of the cast-iron pipe 51, the cracking of the cast-iron pipe 51 is hardly caused.

CONSTITUTION:After cutting an existing pipe 1 circumferentially at spaces in the pipe axis direction by a cutting device 2, the outer peripheral ground of the existing pipe 1 is excavated ahead by an advancing pipe 3 with its inner diameter larger than the joint outer diameter of the existing pipe 1, and the front part of a propulsion pipe 3 that can pass outside the existing pipe 1 is connected to the rear part of the advancing pipe 3. The cut existing pipe is then held by fitting/removing mechanism 5 in a removing device 6 so as to be moved into a start shaft 7. While repeating the circumferential cutting of the existing pipe 1 by the cutting device 2 and the movement-removal of the cut existing pipe by the removing device 6, the existing pipe 1 in a unit work block is replaced with the propulsion pipe 4 that is used as a new pipe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To replace an existing pipe with a new without excavation by giving a cutting line to a joint, rupturing the joint with a projection on an excavation leading pipe, and taking in splinters of the joint into the trunk part of the severed existing pipe using a scraper. CONSTITUTION:At a certain spacing in the pipe circumferential direction, a plurality of cutting lines extending in the pipe axial direction are given to the joint 2 of an existing pipe 1 using a vertical cutter 15 and a horizontal cutter 14 of a joint cutting device 10, which is movable and is inserted in the existing pipe 1, while cutting lines in the pipe circumferential direction are given to both sides in axial direction of the joint 2 using a circumferential cutter 13 belonging to the same cutting device 10. Then an existing pipe carryout machine 30 is inserted in the pipe 1, and an excavation leading pipe 20 having projections in specified position on the inner surface is put on the pipe 1, and excavation is performed forward while the projections are pressed to the outer surface of the joint 2. The severed existing pipe 1A is removed by the carryout machine 30 through a new laid pipe 5 which is coupled with the tail of the excavation leading pipe 20, and another new laid pipe is coupled with the tail of the first-named new laid pipe 5. These procedures are repeated, and thus replacement of the existing pipe 1 with new pipes 5 is achieved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent chips from dropping into a pipe body by mounting a bottomed tube-like recovering frame on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body on a boring position so that the interior of said frame is enclosed and putting chips in said frame in boring the closed end of said frame with a center drill before the pipe body is drilled by a cutter. CONSTITUTION:An opening end of a frame 1 of a bottomed cylinder is fixedly welded to the outer peripheral surface of a main pipe 100 to be drilled so that the interior of the frame is enclosed, and a short branch pipe 102 is connected to the opening to surround therearound. Then, the enclosed end of the frame 1 is drilled by a center drill 107 and chips 112 then produced are received in the enclosed frame 1. Next, the main pipe 100 is drilled by a cutter 106, while an engaging projection 109 of the center drill 107 is located in the frame 1 and drawn into a drilling machine together with a piece 108 cut off from the main pipe 100. Thus, the chips 112 are in the frame 1 integral with cut-off piece without dropping into the main pipe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify operation while carrying out the operation in a short time without causing the leakage of inside fluid during the operation in a fitting jig for branching piping work by providing a sheath pipe, a housing container, an operating bar, and a diffusing container. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 133 is put into a housing container 3 with the discharge port 3a of the housing container 3 being closed by means of an operating bar 4 and, after that, a housing 1 is installed in the flange of a fitting jig via a gate valve. By opening the gate valve to push in a sheath pipe 2 inward, when the bottom face of a diffusing container 5 is positioned at a proper height from the remaining chips, the operating bar 4 is drawn to open the discharge port 3a. Thereupon, the adhesives 133 collected in the housing container 3 is discharged into the diffusing container 5 out of the discharge port 3a. The discharged adhesive 133 flows along the inclined faces 5a in the diffusing container 5 and flows uniformly downward out of a number of diffusing holes 6b provided midway in the inclined faces 5a. Thereby, the adhesive 133 can be discharged over the chips uniformly and sufficiently with one discharge.
