摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a valve which can be installed in a main pipe at an optional time with neither stopping a flow in the main pipe nor reducing pressure therein, and can block a sectional area of the main pipe and make fluid flow only to the branched pipe. CONSTITUTION:A seal flange 59 is rotatably provided on a neck part fitting 55 of an upper fitting 53 with a sealing structure. A shaft 60, penetrating the seal flange 59 with a sealing structure, has a lower end jounalled by a reception port 69 formed on a lower fitting 54. A pair of stoppers 64, 64 are arranged on both sides of the shaft 60 so as to interrupt a cut end of a pipeline 5.

The finally remaining aperture 106 is used as a branch takeout part. Thus the material tubing can be made with small wall thickness.

Consequently, a large scale of work in the conventional way can be omitted when the work is carried out at the branch pipe side.
