    • PURPOSE:To improve workability by a method wherein a wheel arranged in a vertical communication ditch in the central part of a chassis is lowered as the wheel is rotated, a ground is excavated by buckets on the outer periphery of the wheel, and excavated soil is discharged to the side by a discharge chute. CONSTITUTION:When a wheel 4 is rotated by a motor 6 and the wheel 4 is lowered by a jack 5, a ground is excavated by buckets 7 and excavated soil is inputted in the buckets 7. When the bucket 7 is positioned above, soil in the bucket 7 is dropped under its own weight and fed through a hole part 4a to a discharge chute 8 and discharged to the side of a chassis 1. Discharged soil is accumulated in a hole part without being scattered. After excavation to a given depth is effected, working of the jack 5 is stopped. When the position of an arm 3 is fixed and a crawler 2 is driven, a chassis 1 is run to dig a ditch 103. In this case, since the bucket 7 is positioned at the central part of the chassis l, stable running is performed. This constitution facilitates formation of a uniform ditch even in a ground where excavation resistance is changed and improves the efficiency of excavation and discharge.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of excavation by fitting electromagnetic change-over valves on the hydraulic circuit of clutch and brake cylinders for a winch drum and hydraulic type manually-operating-valves, and by automatizing the brake operation and clutch operation of a winch. CONSTITUTION:In the case of automatic operation, by control signal from a controller, a first electromagnetic change-over valve 31-a seventh electromagnetic change-over valve 44 and an electromagnetic proportional pressure-reducing valve 28 are worked in order, and the automatic operation is performed. Then, the first electromagnetic change-over valve 31-the fourth electromagnetic change- over valve 40 are turned ON/OFF, and the clutch cylinder 47 of a change-over valve 21 and a brake cylinder 26 is worked/stopped regardless of first and second hydraulic type operating-valves 35, 43. After that, by the fifth electromagnetic change-over valve 26, the speed of a hydraulic motor l2 is controlled via the proportional pressure-reducing valve 28. As a result, the load of an operator can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the simultaneous supply of plural sets of fasteners and the compactness of a fastener feeding device, and enable the easy adjustment of a supply angle to the fastener grip part of a fastening device and moreover prevent the fasteners from falling outside of a cartridge due to vibration or the like. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge 3 is removed from a feeder case 7, and fasteners (a nut 1 and a washer 2) are charged into the cartridge 3 from the opening part of the cartridge 3. The cartridge 3 is then mounted to the feeder case 7. The fastener grip part of a fastening device is docked to stopper release mechanism 25 to push in the stopper release mechanism 25 and to push up feed stopper mechanism 20 by the stopper release mechanism 25, thus releasing the fasteners from the feed stopper mechanism 2. The fasteners are then fed into the fastener grip part of the fastening device while holding the attitude of the fasteners by attitude holding mechanism 4 so as to be gripped by grip mechanism such as magnets provided at the fastener grip part of the fastening device, and the fastener grip part of the fastening device is separated from a fastener feeding device.

    • PURPOSE:To allow even an operator with less experience to perform certain excavating operations easily and enhance the rate of service of an excavating machine by automating excavating operations among a series of operations with the machine. CONSTITUTION:An excavating machine control device includes a rotation sensor 17 for a winch in an excavating machine, a sensor 19 for the pressure of a hydraulic motor 16 to drive the winch, a sensor 20 to sense a bucket 6 at true top of a casing tube, and a calculator 22 to perform control calculation of the winch can the basis of signals from the sensors and a signal given by a setting device to set the excavation conditions. When the bucket is wound up or unwound down, the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding and the bucket moving amount are sensed on the basis of the pressure of the hydraulic motor and the signal given by the winch rotation sensor, and thereupon start/stop of the winch and its speed are controlled. The winch brake signal output timing is controlled so that the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding becomes appropriate from the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding, max. speed of bucket fall, and the relation of the falling distance with the time in the event of falling.
