    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular bumper which can effectively absorb impact energy at the time of its collision and reduce its plastic deformation.
      SOLUTION: The vehicular bumper 1 is attached to a vehicle 10 and is designed to absorb the impact energy at the time of collision of the vehicle 10. The vehicular bumper 1 consists of the first cushioning section 2 made of elastic material and a pair of the second cushioning sections 3 which are arranged at a predetermined interval and supports the first cushioning section 2 with a clearance relative to a vehicle body 11 so that the first cushioning section 2 projects outward from the vehicle body 11. Since the first cushioning section 2 is made of elastic material, it can be restored to its original configuration when unloading after collision. Also, the clearance between the first cushioning section 2 and the vehicle body 11 facilitates the deformation of the first cushioning section 2 so as to absorb the impact energy at the time of collision of the vehicle 10.

    • PURPOSE:To machine and cut a reinforced concrete structure by separately using a casing tube in which cemented carbide cutter bits and diamond abrasive grain cutter bits are alternately juxtaposed by its normal or reversed rotation. CONSTITUTION:In a casing tube 1, cemented carbide cutter bits 2a and diamond abrasive grain cutter bits 2b are mounted to respective jigs and alternately juxtaposed. At the time of concrete machining, the casing tube 1 is normally rotated and advanced. The diamond abrasive grain cutter bits 2b receives the resultant force by a cutting reaction b1 and a pressing force b2 from a concrete, and rotates in the direction A with a pin 13b as the center, and a chip 9b contacts with the concrete 3 and cuts it. At the time of reinforcement cutting, the cemented carbide cutter bits 2a are rotated in cutting direction by the re versed rotation and advance of the casing tube 1, and bitten into the reinforce ment, thereby cutting the reinforcement. Hence, the reinforced concrete structure can be machined and cut over a long period by separately using both the cutter bits.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a barrier film on the inner surface of a plastic vessel where a barrier film such as a carbon film of high film quality can be formed on the inner surface of a plastic vessel at a high speed.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of film formation chambers communicating with a rotary vacuum seal mechanism through exhaust pipes and each forming a barrier film on the inner surface of a plastic vessel. Each exhaust pipe consists of an electrically conductive material, and an electric field shielding member having gas permeability and electrical conductivity is arranged at the desired position at the inside thereof. The film formation chamber is provided with: an external electrode having a cavity with a size to surround the vessel at the time when the vessel is inserted; an electrically conductive chamber header member fitted to the edge face of the external electrode on the side at which the mouth part of the vessel is located via an insulating member and connected and grounded with the exhaust pipe; a gas spouting member inserted into the vessel within the external electrode from the side of the chamber header member and through which barrier film formation gas is spouted; and an electric field impartation means for imparting an electric field to the space between the chamber header member grounded with the external electrode and the exhaust pipe.

SOLUTION: The earth removing device 100 is composed of a leader support frame 120 rotatably installed on a crane, a leader derricking jack 121 derricking the frame 120, a leader 113, a sliding frame 111 and a rotatable blade 110. When excavated materials in a casing tube 70 are removed, an excavating bucket 50, in which soil and sand are held, is wound up, and stopped on the side of the blade 110. The blade 110 is opened by a blade extruding jack 112, the bucket 50 placed at the upper section of an excavated pit is pushed out forward, and a shell 51 is opened at the spot of installation of a muck box, etc., avoiding the excavated pit and soil and sand are removed. The blade 110 is closed, the bucket 50 is returned to the upper section of the excavated pit, and excavation works are reopened. Accordingly, since the slewing operation of the crane is unnecessitated, an earth removing time can be shortened largely.
