    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact, lightweight equipment having a suspension metal fitting, a segment building device and a segment carrying method and to improve the workability in a segment carrying work and a segment building work. SOLUTION: A suspension metal fittings 18 for the segment with its tip portion embedded in a segment S in a freely detachable manner is constituted by providing a large-diameter disc portion 23 at the upper end portion of a shaft portion 21 and forming a male threaded portion 24 on the outer peripheral surface of the disc portion 23 and, on the other hand, a hoisting accessory 17 of a hoist 15 is screwed to the male threaded portion 24 of the suspension metal fittings 18 attached to the segment and raised up and made carriable to a predetermined position; and an erector device 14 supports a disc portion 23 of the suspension metal fittings 18 by a metal fittings receiving member 56 sideward relative to a segment S carried to the predetermined position and receives the segment S and assemble it to the inner wall surface in the tunnel.

    • PURPOSE:To curtail the tightening time of members by inserting tightening bolt into the bolt hole of a member while opposing to an elastic body, making both ends of the tightening bolt projected from the bolt holes of a plurality of members by at least the portions to be threadedly engaged with nuts and threadedly engaging the nuts while pressing the nuts to both end thread sections of the tightening nut with both ends of the tightening bolt. CONSTITUTION:In jointing a plurality of members 1a and 1b with tightening nuts 11 threadedly engaged to the thread sections of both ends of tightening bolt 4, a tightening bolt 4 is inserted into the bolt hole 3b provided to a member 1b and is supported by an elastic body 30 at the position where the bolt 4 is inserted. In the next step, the members 1a and 1b are positioned at specified positions respectively, and the bolt holes 3a and 3b are made to match with each other, and the bolt 4 is inserted into the bolt hole 3a of the other member 1a opposing to the elastic body 30 so as to make both of the ends of the tightening bolt project from the bolt holes 3a and 3b of the members 1a and 1b by at least the threadedly engaged portion of the nut 11. In the next step, the tightening nuts 11 are screwed to both end thread sections of the tightening bolt 4 while being pressed thereto.

    • PURPOSE:To make it easy to control the attitude of a separate type segment assembling device at a curved portion by enabling the separate type segment assembling device to be moved in the vertical and horizontal directions. CONSTITUTION:A reaction support leg 14 is longitudinally movably provided to a support beam 12 disposed separately behind a shield excavator and a front fixed support leg 16 is installed in such a manner that the leg 16 can be tilted in the vertical direction via a horizontal shaft. A rear fixed support leg 18 is mounted to the beam 12 in such a manner that the leg 18 can be moved in its cross direction via a slide mechanism 28 and as universal joint 30. A pitching frame 32 for attitude control, a yawing frame 34, a holding mechanism 38 and a rotating mechanism 40 are provided at the front end of the beam 12. The legs 14, 16, 18 are expanded or contracted in conjunction with one another a new segment 11a is assembled while this device is moved and fixed. At a curved portion the beam 12 is oscillated in the vertical direction and moved in its cross direction so that the attitude of the device is controlled. Thereby excavation is made possible during assembly of the segment and also the attitude of the device can be freely controlled even at the curved portion.
