    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly exert a pressing force by an upper die during a vulcanizing process, in a tire vulcanizing apparatus in which a lift and slide mechanism is slidable back to an evacuation position.SOLUTION: The tire vulcanizing apparatus 1A that completes a green tire into a complete-tire shape by putting the green tire into a die separable into a lower die 3 and an upper die 4 and heating and pressing the green tire, includes the slide mechanism that can reciprocate the upper die 4 separated and lifted from the lower die 3 by operations of a movable carriage 14 between a vulcanizing position at which the upper die 4 is pushed toward the lower die 3 fixed and installed to a base 2 and an evacuation position at which the green tire is placed and is taken out after being formed into a complete tire between the lower die 3 and the evacuation position. The upper die 4 is installed under a beam 11 being integrated with a tie rods 13 which can move upward and downward along guide holes provided on the movable carriage 14 by operations of the lift cylinders 12 through a pressing cylinder mechanism 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing-separation apparatus of impurity in molten steel, with which the impurity in the molten steel is efficiently vaporized, separated and removed. SOLUTION: This vaporizing-separation apparatus of the impurity in the molten steel, is provided with a molten steel sucking part 14 and a molten steel discharging part 15 for feeding the molten steel 3 in the inner part, and a vacuum vaporizing chamber 4 connected with these parts, and the end parts 14a and 15a of the molten steel sucking part and the molten steel discharging part respectively are dipped into the molten steel 3 in a vessel 2, sucking up the molten steel 3 in the vessel 2 into the vacuum vaporizing chamber 4 through the molten steel sucking part 14 and returning back the molten steel 3 into a vessel 2 from the molten steel discharging part 15 after vaporizing and removing the impurity in the molten steel 3 by utilizing the difference between the vaporizing pressures of the impurity and iron when the molten steel is fluidized from the molten steel sucking part 14 to the molten steel discharging part 15 on the bottom surface 5 in the vacuum vaporizing chamber 4. The molten steel 3 fluidizing the bottom surface 5 is constituted so as to make flow toward stagnant parts H, I, J and K in the vacuum vaporizing chamber 4 by arranging flowing passage guiding members 20, 21, 25 and 28 on the bottom surface 5 in the vacuum vaporizing chamber 4.
