    • PURPOSE:To recover separated, evaporated metal by liquid carrier metal and continuously take it out by letting liquid carrier metal flow uniformly from the high level side to the low level side on the liquid carrier metal holding part under an inclined evaporated metal recovering plate. CONSTITUTION:A metal 29 to be evaporated in an evaporation crucible 2 is heated and evaporated by irradiating electron rays from an electron gun 3 in a vacuum container 1. After passing a focusing device 4, a laser beam 5 of a specific frequency is projected on this evaporated metal and metal to be separated is ionized selectively. Then, electrolytic metal is adsorbed by a recovering plate 7, separated and recovered. Neutral evaporating metal is brought into contact with the lower surface of a neutral metal recovering plate 8 which is inclined by a prescribed angle. The lower surface of this recovering plate 8 is covered with stretched wire, etc., as a liquid carrier metal holding structure and liquid carrier metal is poured uniformly from the high level side to the low level side in a storing tank 16. Said neutral evaporated metal is recovered by this carrier metal, flows and is taken out outside the vacuum container 1 through a recovering through 19, a recovering tank 20, a duct 21 and separated recovered by a neutral metal separating and refining device 22 from the carrier metal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow structure molding mold capable of avoiding a crack of a green compact by cold isostatic processing. SOLUTION: A mold barrel part 1 wherein many holes 6 are bored from outside to inside and it can surround peripherally a powder layer 8 to be cold hydrostatic processed via a compressing thin film body 5 capable of being elastically deformed; mold cover parts 12, 13 which are installed to both end parts of the mold barrel part 1; a core 14 provided to an under side mold cover part 13 so that it can be immersed into a powder layer 8; and a boundary thin film body 15 covering the core 14 are provided. By using the cold hydrostatic processed body of the same composition as that of the powder layer 8 for the core 14, its elastic coefficient is made almost the same one as an elastic coefficient of green compact 9 after completion of cold hydrostatic processing or the green compact 8 just before completion, and a hydrostatic pressure P is allowed to act uniformly on each part of the powder layer 8.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the brazing strength, increase the locating accuracy of a rib body, and enhance the easiness in provisional fixing operations by suppressing generation of eddy current in a small wall thickness part, ensuring the strength against the vacuum with a large wall thickness part and number of ribs, and furnishing the rib body with a reinforcement part. CONSTITUTION:A number of ribs 3 are furnished on the outside of a chamber body 2. The wall thickness of the chamber body is varied along the circumference, wherein the part close to a magnet M and easy to generate an eddy current is embodied as a small wall thickness part 2a and the other parts are formed as a large wall thickness part 2b. To manufacture such a vacuum chamber 1, a rib body 30 isinstalled on the outside of a tubing 20 having a uniform thickness, and a brazing takes place to make them consolidated. The rib body is provided with a through hole 31 to admit insertion of the tubing and a reinforcement part 32 which is consolidated with the tubing to form a large wall thickness part. It is recommended that a brazing sheet consisting in a laminate of a parent material plate 30a and brazing substance 30b is used as material to the rib body.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify structure to facilitate manufacturing of a calorimeter by laminating a plurality of radiation absorbing plate members, formed into nearly the same length, in the direction along a particle orbit to constitute a unit block. CONSTITUTION:Lead plates 24 as radiation absorbing plate members are laminated in arrangement per unit angle DELTAeta in the radial direction from a center position 22 so as to constitute a whole body of a calorimeter 21. A unit block 42 is formed of a plurality of the laminated lead plates 24, and multiple unit blocks 42 are sequentially stacked along a eta angle. In the unit block 42, a plurality of the lead plates 24 of nearly the same length are laminated in a rectangular shape via specified intervals in the direction along an axis (eta=90 deg.), plates are applied to the top and underside thereof, support rods are made to penerate them in the up and down direction and fastened from both sides by means of nuts. Since the lead plates 24 of the same length are used in order to facilitate manufacturing, corner parts of the unit block 42 are protruding or retreating from the unit angle DELTAeta, however, no problem is involved in measurement as long as a height of the unit block 42 is not made excessively high.

    • PURPOSE:To make a simple excitation test yoke unnecessary and simplify the processes by dividing a yoke and installing a pair of coils to form a simple unit, providing a heat cycle, performing tightening, and interconnecting the divisions of the yoke after the simple excitation test. CONSTITUTION:A specific number of simple units 10 each comprising a pair of superconducting coils 18 and yokes 14 installed thereto through a spacer 12 are made, pure iron yokes 32 and 34 are installed to the fronts and the rears thereof, and pure iron yokes 38 and 40 are installed to the upper and lower faces thereof. Said simple units 10 are assembled and provided with a heat cycle using liquid nitrogen, etc., bolts 44 are screwed wedges 30 are thrust, the superconducting coils 18 are tightened from the side faces, and a simple excitation test is performed. If the specified result is obtained, the assembly is acceptable. Thereby no simple excitation test yoke is required and, because of interconnection without removing the pairs of coils after the simple excitation test, the processes are simplified.
