    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shell holding device, capable of surely holding a plurality of kinds of shells differed in shape or size through a simple structure.
      SOLUTION: This shell holding device comprises a base part 6 provided on a manipulator 5; a pair of holding part blocks 7 slidably provided on both side surfaces of the base part 6 to approach and separate to and from each other; a drive block 8 which is engaged with the holding block 7 and driven from operation from the manipulator 5, and moves the holding block 7 to approach and separate to and from each other; a holding frame 9 provided on the outside top end of the holding block 7 and extending in the axial direction of a shell 2; a holding finger stay 12 rotatably provided around an axis 10 orthogonal to the holding frame 9 and including holding fingers 11 protruded to the shell 2 at both ends thereof; and a centering mechanism 13 provided between the holding frame 9 and the holding finger stay 12, which receives a reaction from the holding finger 11 to permit rotation of the stay along the shape of the shell 2, and also regularly energizes the stay so as to be held in a center position parallel to the axial direction of the shell 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sorting efficiency of combustibles from non- combustibles, and facilitate later processing by recovering crushed waste of a large specific gravity as non-combustibles and recovering crushed waste of a small specific gravity as combustibles. SOLUTION: A specific gravity sorting means 5 has functions to sort a large diameter crushed waste sent from a particle size sorting means into waste of a large specific gravity and waste of a small specific gravity and to send the crushed waste of the large specific gravity to a hopper 6 and send the waste of the small specific gravity to a shoot 7. By arranging the hopper 6 extending to the lower part of the specific gravity sorting means 5 here, and utilizing the inclination of the hopper 6, the crushed waste of large specific gravity is defined to be non-combustibles X and merged into the non- combustibles with small particle size to recover. Then, remaining small size waste is carried to the downstream side together with air flow as combustibles Y, which is fallen via the shoot 7 and contained in a container vessel S.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the piping automatically and surely hold and center the piping, by comprising a pipe inserting device into which a clamped new piping can be inserted and positioned, between a pair of existing pipings. SOLUTION: A piping inserting device 40 is moved in the axial direction of the existing pipings 3, 4, by turning a remote bolt 32, for performing the adjustment of position in the axial direction, of the new piping 39 clamped by the piping insertion device 40. A point of a torque tube of an external electric impact wrench, is fitted to a remote bolt 56 of a lateral direction positioning mechanism 43, and the positioning of the new piping 39 in the rotating direction is performed by turning the remote bolt 56. Further the point of the torque tube of the external electric impact wrench is fitted to a remote bolt 55 of a vertical direction positioning mechanism 42, and the positioning in the vertical direction, of the new piping 39, is performed by turning the remote bolt 55. Thereby the centering of the new piping 39 can be simultaneously performed to the both existing pipings 3, 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency between storage state and sealing process by passing in turn a volume reduction object from measurement, drying and sealing means. SOLUTION: By throwing in a storage tank 1 and temporarily storing, most part of powder contacting on the surface of a volume reduction object X is taken in storage water W to remove. The object X is continuously supplied from a hopper II to the lower part of a conveyor 2 in turn, which is transported by a conveyor 2 to supply to a weight meter 3. The weight meter 3 continuously measures the supply amount of the object X, and when it reaches a desired containing amount for a container tube C, the conveyor 2 is temporarily terminated. A drying means 4 that measured 3 object X is thrown in ensures air intake capability in the drying room and supplies inert gas to remove water in the object X. The dried object X is dropped inside a sealing work room 25 and contained in an empty container can C waiting below by a carriage means 6. After containing, the inside of container can C is degassed and then, a sealing lid is welded on the container can C with a sealing means to be in a sealed state.
