CONSTITUTION:When a switch SW is connected to a contact (a) and a current shown by an arrow is in the audio frequency band, current variation at a point A is grounded and an output signal V0 responding to an audio signal is obtained from an operational amplifier A1. Simultaneously, a voltage developed at one terminal of a capacitor CA is supplied as an AFC signal to a local oscillation circuit 14. When the switch SW is switched to a contact (b), on the other hand, an output signal V0 which has the same amplitude and is antiphase with the signal at the point A appears at an output terminal Z, and the voltage developed at one terminal of the capacitor CA is supplied as the AFC signal to the local oscillation circuit 14. The output signal V0 from a terminal 7 is supplied to an FM demodulating circuit through a coupling capacity to obtain an R and an L signal.

The controller 10 consists of A/D converters 12, 14, and 16, D/A converters 18 and 20, operating circuits 22 and 24, a counter 26, a control signal generating circuit 30, writable RAMs 32 and 34, switching circuits S11, S12, and S2, etc. The exposure time for determining the exposure and the aperture are controlled variably and the combination between the exposure time and the aperture is changed, thereby performing various photographing.

    • PURPOSE:To save a narrow band filter or the like being an externally mounted component in case of circuit integration by obtaining a sound signal and a so- called stop signal for conducting digital tuning from a synchronism detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a certain broadcast radio wave corresponding to a frequency dividing ratio M of a programmable divider 10, when the level of an intermediate frequency signal obtained from a frequency mixing circuit 3 of a PLL circuit comprising 7, 8, 9, 3, 16 and 17 is large and the signal is locked accurately to the output of a reference frequency oscillating circuit 5, its lock detecting signal indicates the automatic search of a broadcast station. On the other hand, accurate locking is impossible, a central processing unit 20 changes the frequency dividing ratio of the divider 10. Since the PLL circuits have a prescribed lock-in range or capture range and the synchronism detecting circuits 18, 18' detect the said relation of synchronism, no narrow band filter is required.

    • PURPOSE:To use all switches of a switch circuit for interruption and switching of a signal transmission path by installing an LED to an input side of the switch circuit and lighting the LED without using the switch of the switch circuit itself. CONSTITUTION:A power supply as a control signal is applied to a coil L1 by turning on a switch S0. A current I1 flows also to an LEDD1 and a resistor R1 to light the LEDD1. Then, a switch S1 is turned on by a magnetic field generated from the coil L1 and a moving contact (c) of a switch S2 is changed over from a fixed contact (b) to a fixed contact (a). The coil L1 is energized by this circuit and the LEDD1 is lighted at the same time when the switches S1, S2 are activated, then the operating state of the switch circuit is confirmed by observing visually the light of the LEDD1.

    • PURPOSE: To incorporate a reproduction equalizer circuit into a semiconductor integrated circuit by including a feedback circuit by constituting the reproduction equalizer circuit by providing the feedback loop of a first operational amplifier circuit receiving the voice reproduction signal from a magnetic head with the capacity multiplying circuit composed by using a second operational amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION: A reproduction equalizer circuit is composed by providing the feedback loop of a first operational amplifier circuit 2 receiving the voice reproduction signal from a magnetic head 1 with the capacity multiplying circuit 5 composed by using a second operational amplifier circuit 6. In order to obtain a desired equalizing characteristic with feedback resistances R1 and R2, an AC feedback circuit 3 is provided between the inversion input terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier circuit 2. In this AC feedback circuit 3, a resistance R3 and the capacity multiplying circuit 5 are used to realize the relatively large time constant corresponding to a voice signal by using the element which is possible to be formed in a semiconductor integrated circuit. Thus, the reproduction equalizer circuit can be incorporated into the semiconductor integrated circuit by including the feedback circuit.
