Then the stereo composite signal and a 1st reference signal are fed to a multiplier circuit 16, where synchronization detection is conducted. Furthermore, an output signal of the phase comparator circuit 17 is fed to a gain control circuit 21 to vary a variable current source 16b of the multiplier circuit 16 depending on the phase comparison result to control the gain.

At the same time, the stereomultiplexer circuit controls the oscillation frequency of the circuit 7 by the pilot signal. Each of filters 7a and 7b consists of a gm amplifier consisting of a differential amplifier and a capacitor. The constant current source of the differential amplifier is connected to a constant current setting trimming circuit.
