    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency broadcasting system which can broadcast a current broadcasting by normal broadcasting and an emergency broadcasting simultaneously without a sense of discomfort, making smooth broadcasting available without any interruption of currently viewed program.
      SOLUTION: The emergency broadcasting system is equipped with a weight adjustment means 110 for adjusting the weights of three signals, that is, an L channel sound signal SL from a sound source 10L for L channel, an R channel sound signal SR from a sound source 10R for R channel, and an emergency sound signal SE from a sound source 10E for emergency broadcasting; and an emergency sound mixing switching means 130 which switches between mixing and unmixing of a weight-adjusted emergency sound signal SEa into weight-adjusted L channel sound signal SLa and R channel sound signal SRa. The switching operation of the switching means 130 is controlled by a system controller 120.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the stabilization of reception by dividing a stereo sound signal to a mobile body into left and right groups and transmitting them with a time difference to decrease the probability for left and right groups to simultaneously turn into reception interruption. SOLUTION: On the side of transmission, the input signal of right channel is delayed in a prescribed packet length by a delay circuit and transmitted while being multiplexed with a left channel. On the side of reception, a received radio wave is demodulated by a radio reception part 15 and demultiplexed into left and right channel signals 502 and 501 by a demultiplexing part 16, and the left channel signal 502 is delayed in a prescribed packet length by a delay part 50 and inputted to a discrimination part 51 after left and right packets are made coincident. The discrimination part 51 sends a result signal 504, which discriminates whether the respective packets are normal or not, to a switching part 52 and supplies left and right stereo digital signals 503 and 501 through output signal lines 506 and 505 to a decoding part 17 based on a prescribed algorithm. When only one of left and right channels is received, for example, the channel is outputted to both speakers.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the acoustic reproduction device preventing deterioration in the S/N and increase in power consumption when left and right surround speakers output 2-channel surround signals from an audio signal sent in the radio system. CONSTITUTION:Audio signals L, R from a video tape recorder 1 are converted into a difference signal (L-R) by a radio transmitter 7 and also into a monaural radio signal M(L-R) and the result is sent to a radio receiver 8 as a radio wave. The radio receiver 8 receives the radio signal M(L-R) and converts it into left right difference signal (L-R) to generate 1st and 2nd delay difference signals phi1(L-R) and phi2(L-R) and the result is sounded out from left right surround speakers 9L, 9R. Thus, while the deterioration in the S/N and increase in power consumption is prevented in the case of transmission by the radio system, two channel surround signals are outputted to the left/right surround speakers arranged at the back side of the listener.
