    • PURPOSE:To maintain the normal operation of a control circuit by inserting a resistor in a power supply line from the battery in a control circuit part, and preventing the decrease in power-supply voltage of the control circuit part. CONSTITUTION:When the consumption of a power supply (battery) 2 advances and the internal resistance is large by the electromotive force caused by the driving when a large load such as a motor is included in an operating circuit part 4 and by the driving of a switch circuit part and the operating circuit part 4, the voltage of the power supply 2 is largely decreased. However, the power-supply voltage of a control circuit part 3 is not immediately decreased owing to a resistor 20, which is inserted in a power supply line between the control circuit part 3 and power supply 2. The control circuit part 3 judges that the power supply 2 is abnormal based on a detection signal 27 that is the output of a voltage monitoring part 22 and can perform the control for stopping the operation instruction control for the operating circuit part 4 and the switch circuit part and for holding of or returning to the preset mode. Thus, a serious erroneous operation of the device 1 can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To output a video image kept horizontal irrespective of the inclination of a video camera by detecting the angle of the inclination of the photodetecting surface of an image pickup element, and making the range of prescribed size in the picture of the photodetecting surface a video image output range, and displacing the video image output range to generate a video signal in accordance with a detected signal. CONSTITUTION:The video signal obtained by image pickup at a photodetector part 1 is stored in a memory 4 by a data input/output circuit 3 after being digitized by an A/D conversion circuit 2. The data input/output circuit 3 executes the write-in and the read-out of a digitized video signal in the memory 4. A horizontality detection circuit 5 detects and outputs the inclination because the photodetector part 1 inclines against horizontality, and detection output is controlled by a horizontality correction and control circuit 6. In the data input/output circuit 3, the video signal stored in the memory 4 is read out while displacing it in accordance with the inclination. Thus, the video output becomes capable of being kept always horizontal. By executing electrically a horizontality correcting system, miniaturization, lightening in weight, low power consumption, and low cost can be realized, and the horizontality can always be kept at high speed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the positional slippage state of a part by the visual conditions of a symbol mark from upper side, by a method wherein the symbol mark printing on a printed wiring board is made in the same size of the contour of an electronic part or smaller than that. SOLUTION: In the visual checking from upper side in the part packaged state, since an IC 1-2 is in the positional slipped state, the symbol mark 1-1 printed below the IC 1-2 is in the visible state. Thus, the IC 1-2 can be judged to be in the positional slippage state. On the contrary, since the IC 2-2 is packaged in the normal position, in the visual checking from upper side in the part packaged state, the symbol mark 2-1 printed below the IC 2-2 is in the invisible state. Thus, the IC 2-2 can be judged to be packaged in the correct position. Through these procedures, any nonconformity part due to the positional slippage of the part can be easily detected.

    • PURPOSE: To monitor plural currents by a single amplifier curcuit and a single A/D converter, by providing a means to monitor the current flowing to the load, to each driving circuit to control the plural loads individually, and inputting the voltages to the A/D converter after the currents are converted to voltages. CONSTITUTION: When four O2 heaters 24a to 24d as loads are provided to a system to control the driving circuit of an engine control device 21, the currents flowing to the loads are detected by resistance elements 22a to 22d, and converted to voltages. Then, signals converted to voltages are delivered in order, to an amplifier circuit 26 by a multiplxer 25, and after amplified there, they are digital converted by an A/D converter built in to a microcomputer 23, and the operating currents of the O2 heaters 24a to 24d are measured from the digital signals. In such a way, the currents flowing to plural loads respectively can be monitored by a single amplifier circuit and a single A/D converter, and a control device can be composed at a low cost.

Furthermore, respective terminals of the circuit VAD1 receive outputs from the circuits SUB1, ADC1 and the result of the sum is given to the circuit AMP coupled with the terminals T0 , T1 . After the signal is amplified in the circuit AMP, from which the amplified signal is fed to a circuit RES1.

CONSTITUTION:In a control device 1, a detection signal from an operating state detecting sensor in an engine 2 is waveform-processed by an input processing circuit 4, the optimum operating state is computed by a CPU 3, and a computed control signal is outputted to the engine 2 by an output circuit 5. In the CPU 3, an MPU 7 is put in action according to the control program of an ROM 8, and the computed result is stored in an RAM 9. A memory rewriter 11, external equipment, is connected to the communication circuit 10 of the CPU 3. On the other hand, the action of the CPU 3 is monitored by a watch dog circuit 12, and in the case of abnormality being generated to the CPU 3, the CPU 3 is reset. The contents of the ROM 8 is thereby rewritten by the memory rewriter 11 so as to facilitate trouble shooting.

The presence or absence of the signals 12, 14 is discriminated by a picture contour signal discriminating circuit 10 and the result thereof is inputted as a control signal 15 to a control circuit 3. A lens driving circuit 2 is controlled in the control circuit 3 only when a switch 16 is on the side a. The picture contour of the electronic view finder when the switch 16 is on the side a can be set by previously determining the set value of the discrimination threshold value of the picture contour signal control circuit 10. The driving circuit 2 is put to the initial setting by putting the switch 16 to the side b at the time of recording. The picture contour of the video signal recorded on the magnetic recording medium and the picture contour view finder 7 are then matched or set at a certain ratio.
