摘要： PURPOSE:To make a reproduced on a television receiver easily observed by deciding an aspect ratio of an addition signal in matching with an aspect ratio of an input picture signal. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal 12 for reduction of, e.g. 50% in the lateral direction is outputted, a video signal generator 1 compresses the lateral direction of the pattern and outputs a picture signal 6 in which the lateral direction is compressed. Simultaneously, a reference clock frequency setting circuit 11 acts like frequency-dividing or multiplying a reference clock signal 9 by the control signal 12 to output a signal whose frequency is twice that of the clock signal 9 as a clock signal 13. An addition signal generating section 3 uses the clock signal 13 to output the sum signal reduced in the lateral direction to supply a pattern having an aspect ratio in matching with that of the picture signal 6. In the case of the control signal 12 of other reduction/magnification, the device is operated similarly and the aspect ratio of the picture signal is matched with that of the sum signal and the screen in the television receiver is easily observed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain the normal operation of a control circuit by inserting a resistor in a power supply line from the battery in a control circuit part, and preventing the decrease in power-supply voltage of the control circuit part. CONSTITUTION:When the consumption of a power supply (battery) 2 advances and the internal resistance is large by the electromotive force caused by the driving when a large load such as a motor is included in an operating circuit part 4 and by the driving of a switch circuit part and the operating circuit part 4, the voltage of the power supply 2 is largely decreased. However, the power-supply voltage of a control circuit part 3 is not immediately decreased owing to a resistor 20, which is inserted in a power supply line between the control circuit part 3 and power supply 2. The control circuit part 3 judges that the power supply 2 is abnormal based on a detection signal 27 that is the output of a voltage monitoring part 22 and can perform the control for stopping the operation instruction control for the operating circuit part 4 and the switch circuit part and for holding of or returning to the preset mode. Thus, a serious erroneous operation of the device 1 can be prevented.

Then a television monitor 15 provides an output of video image and audio signal. Thus, it is not required for a heavy work for the installation of a monitor camera system or an interphone system and the system is simply installed.

The adder 8 adds properly the sound amplified by the amplifier 3 and the sound amplified by the amplifier 4, and eliminates the excessive sound having passed through the microphone 1 and the amplifier 3 from the original sound having passed through the microphone 2 and the amplifier 4. A block 5 executes recording processing, and at the time of reproduction, the sound generated from the sound source 6 of the subject and the sound generated from the sound source of the cameraman can be clearly heard.

The radiating light 13 is automatically changed depending on the lightness of the surrounding.
