摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and surely drive an air pump without interfering with the operation of a starter motor nor switching power by driving the air pump with the starter motor at the time of starting an internal combustion engine, and supplying the power to the starter motor even after the start. CONSTITUTION:An air pump 2 is connected to a starter motor 1. The starter motor 1 connects a pinion gear 10 to a ring gear 7 by a pinion movable means 6. Further, a voltage is supplied from a battery 9 to the starter motor 1 and the pinion movable means 6 through a switching means 4. Namely, when a switch 4-b is ON, the voltage is supplied to the starter motor 1 through a voltage controlling means 5. When a switch 4-a is ON, on the other hand, the voltage is supplied to the pinion movable means 6. The switching means 4 is controlled by a control unit 3. Thus, the air pump 2 is driven by the starter motor 1 at starting, and the power is supplied to the starter motor even after the start to drive the air pump 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a highly efficient driving device for electric automobile which is excellent in response and containing efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The driving device for electric automobile comprises a CVT 80 coupled between a motor and wheels to continuously vary the speed ratio between them, a speed ratio control means 91 therefor, means 90 for operating the speed ratio of the CVT 80, a pattern generating means 30 for generating a target number of revolution of the motor, means 40, 41 for controlling the number of revolution of the motor, and means 20, 21 for controlling the number of revolution of the wheel. According to the constitution, highly efficient high response operation can be realized by operating a continuously variable speed change ratio based on a target number of revolution of wheel relevant to accelerator and a target number of revolution of motor obtained from maximum efficiency curves of inverter and motor and then varying thus operated speed change ratio, resulting in extension of traveling distance per single charging operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to charge two batteries without enlarging a generator by turning a semiconductor switch ON when a control circuit detects a high voltage side battery voltage higher than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:For example, a first battery 4 is set at 12V and a second battery 14 is set higher than 12V. A voltage regulator 6 regulates the voltage on a (+) feeder 3 to a constant level. When the second battery 14 is not charged sufficiently, current from a second generating coil 9 increases and the voltage on the (+) feeder 3 begins to drop. Consequently, current of a field coil 7 increases thus increasing the charging current of the second battery 14. When the second battery 14 is charged sufficiently, a semiconductor switch 15 is turned ON by a control circuit 16. Consequently, two batteries 4, 14 can be charged without enlarging a generator.

CONSTITUTION:The rotor 21 fastened to the fastening part 16 of a rotary shaft 14 is provided in a pump chamber B, and the intake port 23 for inhaling the outside air and the oil feeding port 24 for feeding lubricating oil into the pump chamber B, and the discharge port 25 for simultaneously discharging both the inside air and the oil outward are provided on the surface D opposite to the pump chamber B on a flat-plate cover 20. Therefore, it is easy to fabricate the intake port 23 and the discharge port 25 into complicate shapes naturally required for reducing the noise generated during operation of the pump. Further, the cover 20 can be made through sheet-metal forming on the basis of the plastic work technique.

The air sucked through a suction port 8 is compressed and discharged to ''D'' through discharge ports 51 and 9. The lubricating oil performs the lubricating of the sliding parts in the pump chamber and sealing of the gaps therein for high speed revolution, high reliability and high vacuum. The engine oil is supplied to the pump chamber through the oil supply port 8 to the pump chamber for the lubricating and sealing therein and discharged with the air to be returned to the engine.

The projecting portions at both ends of the metal body are caulked, and on the projecting surface inside the recess 2, an Si element 3 and a connecting lead 4 piled up and soldered. Then, the recess 2 is filled with resin 5. As the fin, Al is employed, and as the connecting metal body, an Ni-plated material of iron or copper series is employed. By said constitution, the restriction by solderability is removed from the material for the cooling fin. Accordingly, it is possible to use a material advantageous in respect of cooling capacity, weight, price and the like, and manufacture is also facilitated, so that the cost lowers.

摘要： PURPOSE:For raising the vibration resistance of connections, to fit on the lead portion of a rectifier element the terminal made of an elastic material so that compressive force may work. CONSTITUTION:A rectifier element 16 is connected to the recess portion 15 of a cooling fin 1 by solder 3. A lead wire 17 is connected by solder 3 to the opposite side to be connected with said cooling fin 1 of said rectifier element 16. A projecting portion 18 is provided in the vicinity of the tip of said lead wire 17, and said terminal 19 is engaged with, and fastened by solder on, said projecting portion 18. Said terminal 19 employing a highly conductive material having spring characteristic is attached so that the spring force thereof may constantly work in such a direction as to compress said lead wire 17. Consequently, the tensile strength which causes the failure of the connection of said element 16 and said lead wire 17 does not work even through said cooling fin 1 transfers apart from said terminal 19 due to vibration.
