    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem associated with a charger-discharger installed especially for domestic use: the capacity of the charger is insufficient to quickly charge a hybrid vehicle or the like in a short time. SOLUTION: The household charger-discharger includes a storage battery that is connected to a movable body, such as an automobile, equipped with a power storing means and is used to charge the power storing means of the movable body at home. The charger-discharger includes a first power converting means connected to an electric power system through a first circuit breaker. The direct current portion of the first power converting means includes a second power converting means for adjusting direct-current voltage level. The direct current portion of the first power converting means includes a third power converting means for converting direct current into alternating current. The alternating-current output of the third power converting means is connected to a second circuit breaker and the movable body. Another second circuit breaker is connected to the first circuit breaker on the first power converting means side.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for previously air-conditioning in a predetermined condition even if a user forgets to turn on a socket.
      SOLUTION: This hybrid vehicle 1 comprises: a socket 2 for receiving external power; and an adjustment section for adjusting the environment inside of a vehicle in response to the time, the temperatures inside/outside of the vehicle and the amount of charge in the case wherein the socket is turned on. The adjustment section adjusts the environment inside of the vehicle when a predetermined condition is satisfied even if the socket is turned off. Especially, the predetermined condition shows that the external power is charged nearly full.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rainwater infiltration, and damp casing vibration excitation force by utilizing irregularity which is formed at the mating faces of split cylindrical casings, and inserting an O-ring into a faucet for fixing the split casings with each other. SOLUTION: A tubular casing 7 is formed by a light member such as a resin of non-magnetic material, and is constituted of right and left of cups 7b, 7c which is split into two pieces at a substantially central vertical surface in the axial direction of a rotating machine. By forming a groove part 7f of a ring shape and a protrusion 7g at the split surface which are fitted to each other, the stress generated at the split surface at the time of fixing work by a fitting leg 7d is received by one casing 7b to suppress the opening of the split surface to be minimum. To improve waterproofing, a small-diameter O-ring 9 which is an elastic member is positioned in the faucet part consisting of the annular groove part 7f and the protrusion part 7g with irregularities, which is fitted to each other. It is thus possible to completely seal rainwater infiltration, even under a harsh environmental condition with the strength of the split surface maintained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clogging due to an outflow of bearing oil between commutator bars and swelling deformation due to moisture absorption of bearing oil of a commutator mold material by press-fitting and constituting a bearing oil seal and a rubber-made seal member, provided with a bearing oil scatter preventing structure, onto a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-made seal member 8 provided with a bearing oil scatter preventing structure is press-fitted and held on a rotary shaft 3. An oil entering side inlet diameter of the rubber-made seal member 8 is formed larger than the external diameter of a bearing supporting part of an end bracket 4 for supporting an oil-containing bearing 5. In the rubber-made seal member 8, an inner ring-shaped small protrusion of diameter smaller than the external diameter of a grooved part of the rotary shaft 3 is formed on a press-fit internal diameter side with the rotary shaft 3 to hold air-tightness at press-fit time. Further in the rubber-made seal member 8, a stepped part 11 is formed so as to provide an oil reservoir part. In the rotary shaft 3, an oil stopper and a groove for preventing the rubber-made seal member from coming off are formed. In this way, an outflow of bearing oil to the downstream is prevented, and clogging between commutator bars can be prevented.
