摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of the whole of a device by a method wherein the brush of a DC motor is arranged in a position where the magnitude of generating torque is differed with a rotation direction. SOLUTION: In a motor 115, a stator 116 is provided with salient poles being a number in a multiple of three, and pole sensors 119 are arranged in a phase difference of 120 deg. at one set of three salient poles. A coil 112 is a concentrated winding and the whole of the coils is connected through Y-connection. The pole sensor 119 is arranged not at the central parts of respective salient poles but in a state to be displaced in a reverse direction to the rotation direction of the rotor of the motor. The displacement angle generates torque in a forward direction except during high speed rotation, arising a question, i.e., even during low speed rotation in a way that arrangement is effected in displacement within a range of an electrical angle of 30 deg. available when the fundamental frequency of a motor is defined by an electrical angle of 360 deg.. In this mechanism, a throttle lever 3 and a sleeve 45 are externally fitted on and fixed to the throttle shaft 18, a return lever 2 and a sleeve 42 are united with the sleeve 45, and the sleeve 42 is fitted in the sleeve 45 for relative rotation. The sleeve 42 and the return lever 2 integrally formed with the sleeve 42 are included. The sleeve 42 is biased to an initial opening position in the closed direction of the throttle valves 24 by a return spring 4.
