摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost, highly reliable air conditioner by reducing the noise of and simplifying the structure of a centrifugal fan for use in a car air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A lower housing 9 is formed partially by a resin housing 8 which holds a motor main body and a porous body 11 taking the form of a flat plate is disposed in a portion where the resin housing abuts on the upper casing 3 of a centrifugal fan, and the flat-plate-shaped porous body is combined with an air layer 10 formed between the flat-plate-shaped porous body and the resin housing whereby a simple structure equipped with a silencer function is provided. Therefore noise reduction is made possible over a broader frequency band than in conventional centrifugal fans and the invention is excellent concerning maintenance work such as replacement of its motor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the productivity as well as the handling convenience of a motor by a method wherein a yoke, equipped with an end bracket, is provided with a structure capable of fitting an auxiliary yoke arbitrarily around the outer periphery of the yoke while a case, made of synthetic resin, is provided with a space, receiving the yoke equipped with end bracket, and a preliminary space for receiving said auxiliary yoke. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 6 is made of a magnetic material by press work and magnets 10 are fixed to the inner peripheral surface so as to be opposed to a rotor 2. An auxiliary yoke 8 is a tubular yoke and is fixed to the outer periphery of the yoke 6. An end bracket 8 is fitted concentrically into the inner periphery of the yoke 6 while employing the inner periphery as a socket and is fixed to the end bracket 8. The stepped surface A of a case 9, made of synthetic resin, has an inner diameter capable of fitting with the outer diameter of the yoke 6 while the inner diameter of the stepped surface B is capable of fitting with the outer diameter of the auxiliary yoke 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve sound absorbing efficiency to realize low noise by arranging the constitution in such a way that a grid plate on which sound absorber is plastered is provided from an inside air suction port to the inside of an intake duct, in an air blower in an air conditioner for vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A grid plate 10 is provided inside an intake duct 6 from an inside air suction port 8 and a sound absorber 11 is plastered at least at one side of the grid plate. By this constitution, inside air sucked from a suction port 8 reaches a bell-mouth 5 and goes out to the outer periphery of an impeller 1 from inside of the impeller 1 through a blade part and is discharged through a scroll 4. Then the noise which occurred inside the intake duct 6 in the vicinity of the bell-mouth 5 is absorbed by the sound absorber 11. By this constitution, it becomes possible to realize low noise.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce noise by disposing a motor, a fan, a scroll and a dust collecting mechanism inside of a door and side panels. CONSTITUTION:Fans 7 are rotated by motors 6 disposed inside of a plurality of doors, and air 10 is sucked up from the passenger compartment by scrolls 8. The sucked up air is led through a filter 4 so that bulky dust is caught thereby, and is then led through an electric dust collecting part 5 where fine dust such as smoke particles are electrically attracted so that the air is turned into purified air which is then discharged from a discharge port 2. With this arrangement, air is efficiently substituted around a passenger, and is divided into several streams, thereby it is possible to divide and reduce the flowing sound of the air, the operating sound of the motor and the like.

CONSTITUTION:A rubber-made seal member 8 provided with a bearing oil scatter preventing structure is press-fitted and held on a rotary shaft 3. An oil entering side inlet diameter of the rubber-made seal member 8 is formed larger than the external diameter of a bearing supporting part of an end bracket 4 for supporting an oil-containing bearing 5. In the rubber-made seal member 8, an inner ring-shaped small protrusion of diameter smaller than the external diameter of a grooved part of the rotary shaft 3 is formed on a press-fit internal diameter side with the rotary shaft 3 to hold air-tightness at press-fit time. Further in the rubber-made seal member 8, a stepped part 11 is formed so as to provide an oil reservoir part. In the rotary shaft 3, an oil stopper and a groove for preventing the rubber-made seal member from coming off are formed. In this way, an outflow of bearing oil to the downstream is prevented, and clogging between commutator bars can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A filter 3 is arranged adjacently to an internal intake 6 and fixed to a filtercasing 2, and the diameter of the internal intake 6 is made larger than that of a blast fan 8. In addition, an external intake 1 and the internal intake 6 are made nearly equal in their diameters, and a filter casing 2 is formed to have a diameter larger than the internal intake 6. This formation widens the blast area of the filter 3 and reduces air speed. Thus the dust collecting efficiency of the filter can be improved, and moreover an air purifying device miniaturized.

Further, while keeping the above-mentioned blade exit angle, the blade is formed so as to keep optimum ratio of the exit width to the entry width of a flow passage between the blades, further, the thin part of a trailing edge (c) is joined with the air exit side 9B of a reinforcing ring 9 supporting the outer diameter part on the air entry side of the blades, and flowing property of resin and blade strength is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a centrifugal blower of low noise so that noise in all- frequency band can be reduced by giving a silencing function, in which a porous elastic material and an air layer are combined, to a scroll casing. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal blower 1 is constituted of a scroll casing 4, impeller 10 stored in the inside of this scroll casing 4 and a motor 20 for rotating this impeller 10. In accordance with rotation of the impeller 10, air is sucked from a suction port 2 and further delivered to a delivery port 3. Here, the scroll casing 4 serves as the first scroll casing to provide the second scroll casing 5 in the periphery of this first scroll casing and also forming a double structure by providing an air layer 6 between these first/second scroll casings. The first scroll casing 4 is molded by a porous elastic material. In this way, noise is reduced in a low frequency machine and specially in intermediate and high frequency machines.

Further, water intruded from the outside air inlet 2 flows along the side wall of the scroll casing 4 by wind force, and when it reaches the cooling wind inlet 13, it drops along its side wall, and drops to the bottom face of the inlet 13, or scatters toward the side of a connecting passage 14 side between the inlet 13 and the outlet 5B by wind, drops to the bottom face of the passage and returns again into the scroll casing 4.

A housing part 5b enfolds to seal the motor 2 while securing a clearance for keeping a contactless state between the inner peripheral part of the housing part 5b and the outer peripheral part of the motor 2 excluding the motor flange 6 part. The noise of the blower device is thereby reduced, and noise offensive to the ear is reduced.
