    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize damage to a vehicle that occurs when a shock is given to a front end panel.
      SOLUTION: While fixing a hood lock 300 to a center brace 440, the hood lock 300 is coupled to a bumper 500 fixed to a vehicle body via a wire 310 made of a material having tensile strength and tenacity higher than those of a panel 400. Since the hook lock 300 is fixed to the vehicle body and connected to a material having tenacity higher than the panel 400 among other materials, the hood lock 300 itself can be prevented from floating even if the center brace 440 is broken when collided. Therefore, as far as the locking of the hood lock is not released, an engine hook can be prevented from opening. Thus, since the engine hood can be plastically deformed so as to be crushed when collided, the shock of the collision can be absorbed by the engine hood.
