    • PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of seal between an air slide and a hopper and prevent dew-condensation on powdered granules by installing a pressure adjuster for reducing the pressure difference between in the conduits on an air slide side and a dust collector side and holding high, the temperature of the fluidizing gas by making the conduit as closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:Each pressure on a hopper 4 side and an air slide 6 side is always detected by pressure detectors 31 and 33 of a control box 33, and valves 18 and 20 are adjusted so that the difference between the both becomes zero. With such constitution, the flow of gas from the air slide 6 to the hopper 4 is suppressed, and rescattering of dust can be prevented. The exhaust gas discharged from the air slide 6 goes into a dust collector 13, passing through each branched exhaust pipe 15 and an exhaust pipe 12, and the exhaust gas from which dust is removed goes into a fan 7 through a circulation conduit 16, and supplied as fluidizing gas into the air slide 6 again, and dew-condensation on dust is prevented by the gas whose temperature is raised by the dust in this closed circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically remove a bridge of powder formed in a hopper by detecting the formation of the bridge through a long period of duration of the turned-on condition of a vacuum switch to close an air intake valve for a powder transferring pipe and produce air pressure of combustion exhaust gas of a boiler sucked from the upper portion of the hopper into the powder transferring pipe. CONSTITUTION:When the formation of a bridge of powder 3 in a hopper 2 is detected through a long duration of the turned-on condition of a vacuum switch 9, an air intake valve 1 in a transferring pipe 6 for transferring the powder 3 in the hopper 2 is closed. When this valve 1 is closed, combustion exhaust gas of a boiler is sucked from the upper portion of the hopper 2 through an opening powder exhaust valve 5 into a powder transferring pipe 6 by a running vacuum source 8 so that the bridge of the powder 3 in the hopper 2 is removed by air pressure of the sucked combustion exhaust gas of boiler.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformly feed and store pulverulent and grnular bodies in a silo, by discharging and letting fall pulverulent and granular bodies from a plurality of locations of flow paths in an air slide system radially disposed near a ceiling in the silo. CONSTITUTION:A tank 10 is mounted just under a charge port 4 for pulverulent and granular bodies near a ceiling of the inside of a silo 1, and several number of air slides 11 are installed to the flank. When air is fed to an air chamber of the tank 10 and an air chamber 6 of the air slides 11, pulverulent and granular bodies 2 are fluidized and transferred in the arrow head 12 direction. In this case, the flowing direction of pulverulent and granular bodies is changed by the bent portions 13 of side plates 8 because openings 9 are mounted to the side plates 8 of the air slides 11, and pulverulent and granular bodies are discharged outside the air slides 11. Pulverulent and granular bodies can also be scattered uniformly by turning a plurality of air slides, which spread and discharge pulverulent and granular bodies so that the bodies be balanced in weight, by means of a driving gear.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the circulating characteristics of fluidized heat medium and thereby to improve the operational efficiency of the boiler by providing a cleaning means and a drying means in the regenerating and circulating passage of fluidized heat medium. CONSTITUTION:The fluidized heat medium used in a incinerator 1 is extracted regularly and continuously by a medium extracting nozzle 8 and cleaned by a water washer 9 to remove attachements thereof and then drained by a draining means 10. Then the fluidized heat medium is transported by a transporter 11 to a drying means 15 to remove water remining therein completely. The drying means 15 has a drying tower 22, a ventilation member 19 disposed in the lower portion of the tower 22, and an air inlet 20 on the bottom of the tower 22. In operation, the cleaned fluidized heat medium 23 is thrown inside the drying tower 22 on the ventilation member 19 and hot air is fed into the tower 22 through the air inlet 20. The fluidized medium 23 is dried while it is fluidized. Thereby the fluidized medium 23 can be prevented from solidifying and accumulating to make a smooth circulation, resulting in an improvement of operational efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce soot in a exhaust gas by a method wherein the collected soot in a dust collector provided at an after stage of an incenerating device is resupplied to an incinerating furnace. CONSTITUTION:Soot in exhaust gas discharged from an EP ash incinerating furnace 1 is collected in the first step dust collector 2 and the collected soot is incenerated and reduced in a volume thereof in a secondary combustion device 6. Exhaust gas dischrged from the secondary combustion device 6 is flowed into exhaust gas discharged from the first step collector 2 at a duct 3 and the soot therein is removed secondarily in the second step dust collector 4. The soot collected in the second step dust collector 4 is returned to the EP ash incenerating furnace 1 as combustion air by a part of the exhaust gas in the dust collector and supplementary air A2 through a collected soot supplying pipeline 8. The incinerated ash supplied into the furnace through the collected soot supplying pipeline 8 is reburnt therein and an amount of unburnt soot can be reduced.
