    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device for hybrid vehicles capable of securing robustness and stability of control by selecting an optimal approximation model according to motor driving conditions and determining a current command for controlling the motor using the selected optimal approximation model.SOLUTION: A motor control device for hybrid vehicles includes: a current command generator 100 which determines currents of first and second axes according to driving conditions; a current controller which generates voltages of the first and second axes using the currents of the first and second axes and feedback currents of the first and second axes; a coordinate converter which converts the voltages of the first and second axes to a 3-phase voltage; a signal generator which generates the 3-phase signal; a PWM inverter which generates a 3-phase current; a motor which is driven when the 3-phase voltage is applied; and a resolver which detects a phase of the motor. The current command generator 100 includes a reference current determination module 102 which determines reference currents of the first and second axes, a reference current correction value determination module 104 which determines reference current correction values of the first and second axes, and a current determination module 106 which determines the currents of the first and second axes from the reference currents of the first and second axes and the reference current correction values of the first and seconde axes.
