    • PURPOSE: To compact and fix a compacted body directly to arbitrary position of a shaft material, by surrounding the shaft material held horizontally with divided dies, packing metal powder material for powder metallurgy in a cavity demarcated with said dies and lower punch and compacting it.
      CONSTITUTION: The shaft material 1a is attached horizontally to shaft material attaching member (not shown in figure), surrounded with a fixing side molding die 3 made to floating state by a spring 9 and a movable side molding die 4, and the metal powder material 2a for powder metallurgy is packed into a cavity 12 demarcated by said dies and a lower punch 5 arranged thereunder. Next, said material 2a is the cavity 12 is compacted by upper and lower punches 6, 5 arranged fittably into upper and lower parts of said cavity 12, to mold and fix a compacted body directly to the material 1a. Thereafter, the punch 6 and the die 4 are separated to take out shaft member inexpensively and with good productivity with low die height.

    • PURPOSE:To collect highly accurate samples, by introducing a sample collecting pipe formed by putting a pipe haing a slit in its slit section in the direction of the rotatable axis on a pipe having a slit in the direction of the axis at one end from the inside of the guide pipe to the outside at a constant angle with the axis of the guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:A sample collecting pipe 2 which is to be installed at a constant angle with the axis of a pulverulent body guide pipe 1, is fitted in the plane of the diameter of the guide pipe 1, and a slit 3 is installed facing to the flow of pulverulent bodies. A collecting amount adjusting pipe piece 5 having a slit 6 is put on the slit 3 so that the pipe piece 5 may rotate freely, and an effective clearance for passing sample 8 is adjusted by fixing the pipe piece 5 at a desired position with a screw 7. The sample collecting pipe 2 is extruded to the outside through the pipe wall of the guide pipe 1 and has an ooening 4 at the end. In this way, requirements of large scale mixers are eliminated, and samples suitable to any lot can be collected continuously by adjusting the effective clearance for passing sample. When this sampling devices is used, the number of working processes can be reduced and highly accurate samples can be taken.
