    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device that realizes reduction in measurement error due to a change in optical path length difference between a reference surface and an inspected surface while preventing a cost increase, and measures the distance between the reference surface and the inspected surface.SOLUTION: A measuring device comprises: n (n=an integer of two or higher) light sources capable of scanning a frequency; a dividing element for dividing light beams from the n light sources and allowing the divided light beams to enter a reference surface and an inspected surface; a detection part for detecting n interfering light beams to be formed by interference between light beams reflected on the reference surface and light beams reflected on the inspected surface, and outputting an interference signal; and a processing part for obtaining the distance. The processing part controls one first light source among the n light sources to scan the frequency of the light beam from the first light source in a first direction at a first scanning speed, controls another second light source among the n light sources to scan the frequency of the light beam from the second light source in a second direction opposite to the first direction at a second scanning speed different from the first scanning speed, and obtains the distance on the basis of the interference signal while controlling the n light sources.
