    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device allowing decision of a reception characteristic change of each antenna even in time of normal operation to perform correction processing, allowing correction by initial adjustment in time of factory shipment, allowing correction according to aging degradation or temperature fluctuation by an environment change in operation whenever necessary, and always allowing accuracy improvement.
      SOLUTION: This radar device receives a reflected wave from a target T of a transmission wave by a plurality of transmission/reception antennas, and performs a recognition process for direction detection, distance measurement, and velocity measurement. For example, the transmission wave W11 from the antenna A1 is received by the antenna A2 as the reflected wave W12, next, a changeover is performed, and the transmission wave W21 from the antenna A2 is received by the antenna A1 as the reflected wave W22. By using that a path of the transmission wave W11 and the reflected wave W12 and a path of the transmission wave W21 and the reflected wave W22 have the same space system and that a reception signal of the reflected wave W12 and a reception signal of the reflected wave 22 have the same frequency characteristic and phase, the reception characteristic change of the antenna is decided, and the reception signal is correction-processed by a result thereof.
