The round cutters 30 and 31 advance in the direction of a pass plate shown by the arrow and and are lapped by a lap quantity S towards the exit side, and therefore, the edge part 3' of the un-separated metal plate is applied with a shearing deformation in the direction of plate width, and a product 4 and trim scraps 5 are separated. The stable nipping is secured by using a round cutter having a flanges 30' as guide, and burrs are burns are generated in the direction of plate width even in case of a soft metal plate.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a wire from vibrating as well as to secure a highly accurate wafer in supporting the wire against a notch, by setting up paired guide rollers, supporting a wire row, at the opposite side to a cut work member holding the wire row in between at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION:A wire row is supported by paired guide rollers 60 and 61, while there is a space between grooved rollers 40b and 40c, and even if a wire 15 runs at high speed, the wire row is in no case vibrated and an interspace of wires is accurately kept up with each other, thus they are forcibly pressed to the work member W. And, in proportion as the work member W is made to go up, these rollers 60 and 61 are moved in both directions along an outer circumference of the work member W by a drive motor and leaving a slight space intact. That is to say, at the outset of cutting, these rollers 60 and 61 maintains the wire row 45, making the member W go up, and in proportion as cutting advances, roller intervals as 60a, 61a 60b, 61b 61c are widened open but after passing the center of the member W, intervals are reduced, coming to position of 60 and 61. Therefore, wire tension is made relatively into being small so that wire disconnection due to tension is preventable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated heat-treated steel product having adequate corrosion resistance after the coating as a member for car even when executing the heat treatment of heating at least a part of the steel product having a plating film on at least one side thereof to a hardenable temperature region, and cooling the steel product thereafter, and capable of suppressing generation of scales associated with the heat treatment, and further, having excellent weldability and decorativeness.SOLUTION: The coated heat-treated steel product is subjected to the heat treatment, in which at least a part of steel product having a Ni plating film, a Cr plating film, a Cu plating film, a Co plating film, or an alloy plating film containing ≥50% in total of two or more kinds selected among a group composed of Ni, Cr, Cu and Co which is coated on at least one surface thereof, is heated in the hardenable temperature region. At least a part of the portion subjected to the heat treatment has a film in which the combination of one or two or more kinds selected among the group consisting of Ni, Cr, Cu and Co is alloyed. The film is corrosion-resistant, and capable of ensuring the lubrication function at high temperature, and has the excellent weldability and decorativeness.
