At least a part of the portion subjected to the heat treatment has a film in which the combination of one or two or more kinds selected among the group consisting of Ni, Cr, Cu and Co is alloyed. The film is corrosion-resistant, and capable of ensuring the lubrication function at high temperature, and has the excellent weldability and decorativeness.
