    • PURPOSE:To perform correct streightening with good accuracy, by irradiating a laser beam on the surface of a member to be straightened in accordance with the information from an information source for the heating pattern corresponding to the shape and size of the strain of said member then cooling the member.     • PURPOSE:To economically carry out electron beam welding of the structure of every kind plate thickness, by forming unit docking chamber by piling the material to be welded on turn table in steps and setting electron beam gun and then, welding one by one place. CONSTITUTION:The material to be welded 1 is piled in steps on the turn table 2 of the base chamber apparatus A and the material 1 is surrounded by piling up the unit docking chamber 7 in steps corresponding to the material 1 by the action of the horizontal moving cylinder 8 and lift cylinder 13 from the chamber moving truck B. The chamber 7 is made vacuous by the vacuum pump 3 after tightly shutting the inner part after shutting the door member 7' of the chamber 7 and covering the upper cover 4 and electron beam welding is carried out along weld line operating the table 2. Next, vacuum is released and the electron beam gun 18 is set at the next welding position and then, the same welding operation is carried out. Hereby, manufacturing cost of various structure is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an automatic demagnetizer capable of automatically demagnetizing a ring member of large diameter which is composed of a demagnetizing means, a rotating means which causes the demagnetizing means in demagnetizing condition to move away, a moving means and a control means for controlling those means. CONSTITUTION:A member A to be demagnetized is mounted on a rotating means 3 and a demagnetizing cycle start signal S1 is given to a control means 5. Based on signal S1, the control means 5 sends an approach command signal S2 to a moving means 2 and causes a demagnetizing means 1 to move to a demagnetizing position directly below the member A to be demagnetized. Based on a detection signal S3 from a limit switch (not shown), the control means 5 sends out in order a rotation command signal S4 to the rotating means 3 and an operation command signal S5 to the demagnetizing means 1 and demagnetization is started. Based on a time passage signal S6 from a timer (e), the control means 5 sends out a move-away command signal S7 to the moving means 2 and causes the demagnetizing means 1 to move back to its initial position.
