摘要： An air-fuel ratio control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, controls an air-fuel ratio (air-fuel ratio of an engine) of a mixture supplied to the engine, based on an output value of the downstream-side air-fuel ratio sensor disposed downstream of a catalyst. That is, the air-fuel ratio control apparatus sets the air-fuel ratio of the engine at a rich air-fuel ratio when the output Voxs is smaller than a reference value VREF (when a rich request is occurring). The air-fuel ratio control apparatus sets the air-fuel ratio of the engine at a lean air-fuel ratio when the output Voxs is larger than a reference value VREF (when a lean request is occurring). The air-fuel ratio control apparatus makes the target value VREF gradually come closer to a reference value VF (stoichiometric air-fuel ratio corresponding value) from a certain value, when the output value Voxs deviates greatly from the reference value Vf (points P1-P3).

摘要：本発明による空燃比気筒間インバランス判定装置(判定装置)は、空燃比センサ(67)の出力値に基づいて、複数の気筒のそれぞれに供給される混合気の空燃比の間の差が大きいほど大きくなるか又は小さくなるインバランス判定用パラメータを取得し、そのインバランス判定用パラメータとインバランス判定閾値との比較に基づいて空燃比気筒間インバランス判定を行う。判定装置は、燃料タンク(45)内に発生した蒸発燃料ガスが吸気通路に導入されているとき、その蒸発燃料ガスによる空燃比変化を補償するパージ補正係数FPGを空燃比センサの出力値に基づいて算出し、パージ補正係数FPGにより燃料噴射量を補正する。更に、本判定装置は、パージ補正係数FPGによる燃料噴射量の補正率(|1−FPG|)が大きいとき、空燃比気筒間インバランス判定を禁止する。

A present ignition delay period is calculated by primary interpolation of the ignition delay period in the respective lean combustion and rich combustion after standardization (S60). The present ignition delay period is further corrected by the ignition timing (S70), and is further corrected by the injection quantity and the injection timing in the pilot injection (S80). SOLUTION: The HC contained in blow-by gas returned into an intake pipe 2 by a PCV passage 7 adheres to a circumferential gap of the throttle valve 3, it polymerizes in about 60 minutes wherein peripheral temperature of the valve 3 is raised by heat after operation stoppage, and it fixes the valve 3. Fuel adhered like an oil film to an inner face of an intake port 22 or a combustion chamber 11 vaporizes after the engine stoppage, it slowly diffuses to an upstream side inside the intake pipe 2, and it is discharged to the exterior. Consequently, the throttle valve 3 is opened after the engine stoppage to prevent fixing, and the valve 3 is closed when its temperature becomes lower than a polymerizing temperature to confine vapor of HC in a surge tank 21 or the like in a downstream side. Change of the temperature can be easily guessed from intake air temperature detected by, for example, an intake air temperature sensor 5.
