摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a door sill device for elevator which reduces travel noise generated when an elevator runs at high speed. CONSTITUTION:A clearance larger than 4cm, which is stipulated in the Building Standard Law and its enforcement act, is formed between a car door sill 13 on a car side and a landing door sill 12 on a landing side to suppress travel noise. When a car is landed, a movable door sill 5 is rotated to a position shown by a chain line through a link mechanism 11 interlocked with the opening and closing of a car door 1. By this, a clearance between the car door sill 13 and the landing door sill 12 is reduced to 4cm or below to maintain the safety of passengers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly make a lower down motion of a moving cable at the time of down-operation of a cage by providing constitution such that force of pulling downward the moving cable through a drive rope is given by a weight unit. CONSTITUTION:A drive rope 17 is link-wound on a pulley 18a, pivotally mounted to a carriage 10, to fix one end of the rope to a lift path 1 to connect the other end to a balance weight 7. A pulley 20 is pivotally mounted to a weight unit 19, and the guide rope 17 is link-wound onto the pulley 20 through guide pulleys 18b, 18c. In the case of a cage 6 in down-operation, fixed force always acts on the drive rope 17 by own weight of the weight unit 19 to apply suitable lower-down force to the carriage 10, and as a result, suitable lower-down force is given to a moving cable 14.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive steel hoistway with an easy structure settable in a low-storied wooden building by a hoistway steel tower integrated in the space of a low-storied building to the building by bolts extending through the wall or beam of the building. CONSTITUTION: Vertical columns 1-4 of a steel tower are vertically set, and upper end members 5, 6 are fixed to a building by bolts extending through the walls of the building surrounding a hoistway through brackets 11, 12. A lower frame integrally assembled in square is set on the lower end of the columns, and receiving plates 31 fixed to the four angles thereof are fixed to the foundation of the building by bolts 22. A member 23 and a square frame 25 are fastened to the middle part of the columns by bolts, and fixed to the building by bolts extending through the walls of the building surrounding the hoistway through brackets 27, 28, respectively. According to such a structure, the horizontal rigidity can be increased, a plurality of beams of the building can be consequently firmly fixed by the through-bolts, and an elevator steel hoistway of an easy structure causing no trouble in living can be provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator having a means for individually grasping the deterioration state of synthetic fiber ropes for supporting load by parallel arrangement of the plural ropes, and determining the discarding time of each synthetic fiber rope. SOLUTION: In this elevator, a car 2 and a counterweight 3 are connected to each other by synthetic fiber ropes 1 of plural parallel arrangement, and the synthetic fiber ropes 1 are wrapped round sheaves 4 to be frictional-driven. This elevator is provided with a means for detecting the position of the car 2 in a hoistway, a means for detecting the position of the counterweight 3 in the hoistway, a means for individually calculating an increase in the elongation amount compared with the no-deteriorated state of each synthetic fiber rope 1, a means for individually recording the allowable limit of increase in the elongation amount of each synthetic fiber rope 1, and a means for individually judging whether the increase in the elongation amount of each synthetic fiber rope 1 is within the allowable limit or not. Thus, the replacement and discard time of the ropes can be individually determined so as to heighten the safety and reliability of mechanical system of the elevator. The progress of deterioration is automatically recorded and notified so as to achieve labor-saving of maintenance.

SOLUTION: The floor part construction of a car of an elevator is provided with a floor finish material 1 supported with the car floor frame 2 of a car frame 3, but for adjusting the floor height, a height adjusting part 6 constituted of a height adjusting part bolt 7 and a height adjusting part nut 8 is provided. Namely the height adjusting part 6 is fitted to the car floor frame 2 and a vibration isolating rubber 4, and when the height of the car floor face is adjusted, the height adjusting nut 8 is unfastened and the position of the height adjusting part bolt 7 is moved up and down. When the car floor face becomes to be desired height, the height adjusting part nut 8 is fastened to fix the height adjusting part bolt 7. By adjusting the height of the height adjusting part bolt 7 in this way, the height position of the upper face of the floor finish material 1 can be easily adjusted, and regulating workability can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble/disassemble a traction machine which is installed at a fixed location within a hoistway and elevates and lowers a riding car via a rope by constituting the traction machine by providing a permanent- magnet type synchronizing motor and a brake equipment including a disk connected with a rotor. SOLUTION: A rope is wound on a sheave 5 of a traction machine 1 arranged and fixed in a pit of a hoistway and a riding car is elevated/lowered by being synchronized with counter weight via the rope by revolution of the sheave 5. In this case, the traction machine 1 is constituted by being provided with a radial gap system permanent-magnet type synchronizing motor 7, a disc 2 of a brake equipment is directly connected with a rotor of this synchronizing motor 7 and a pair of braking mechanisms are disposed on both the sides below the disc 2. The sheave 5 is fixed to the disc 2 with a bolt 19 and a rotor yoke 21 to which a permanent magnet 20 is fixed is mounted at a location opposed to the outer periphery of a stator core 13 on the inner periphery of a rotor housing 16.
