    • PURPOSE:To obtain an object to be detected having strong rust preventing property and small deviation in the radial direction, by providing the object to be detected with a rotary shaft tying section on the basis of the outside circumference using a metal which can be processed by diecasting, etc., and at the same time, by covering a rotary magnetic body. CONSTITUTION:An object to be detected, which is a magnetic gear body 1 being diecast of aluminum, is fixed onto a motor shaft 3 to prepare a rotary magnetic body detecting device. The method of forming a rotary shaft tying section on the basis of outside circumference of the object to be detected is able to eliminate a pant of deviation, which is corresponding to the deviation of a hub 2, whereby the deviation in the radial direction is minimized and the gap between the object of detection and a detecting body is also minimized, and as a result, the output characteristic is improved. And, by covering the surface of the object of detection by diecasting aluminum, etc., the rustpreventing performance is remarkably improved. And therefore, it is possible, by doing so, to obtain an object to be detected rust preventing propety and a small deviation.

    • PURPOSE:To improve detection accuracy, by logically processing electric signals obtained from magnetic resistance effect element patterns, and obtaining two phase electric pulse signals having the pulse number twice the number of teeth and the phase difference of 90 deg.. CONSTITUTION:The sine wave electric signals a, b, a', and b', which are outputted from the magnetic resistance effect element patterns by the variation in magnetic force caused by the rotation of a magnetic gear 7, are shaped by waveform shaping circuits 12-15, and become rectangular wave electric signals A, B, A', and B', which in turn become the electric pulse signal outputs P1 and P2 through exclusive OR circuit 16 and 17. The signals A and B have the phase difference of 90 deg.. When said signals A and B are logically processed in the exclusive OR circuit 16, the output phase signal P1 having the pulse width of 90 deg. is obtained. The signal A' and B' also have the phase difference of 90 deg., and the similar output pulse signal P2 is obtained through the exclusive OR circuit 17. Both pulses P1 and P2 become the electric pulse signal which have the number of pulses twice the number of the teeth of the gear and the phase difference of 90 deg.. In this way, the detecting accuracy can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To cope with the changes in pulse number within a range, by providing a plurality of grooves in a dispersed mode on a separating plate with an interval being provided, by selecting a groove into which a magnetism detecting element such as an HIC substrate is inserted by the diameter of gear corresponding to the pulse number requested by a customer. CONSTITUTION:The separating plate 1 that is the supporting member of an HIC substrate 3 that is magnetisim detecting element substrate, the gear 2 that is a magnetic gear, the shaft 4 that is the rotary shaft of a DC motor (5 watt) and a cover 5 are provided. The substrate inserting groove groups 1T-1 and 1T-2 are provided in the horizontal axis direction of the separating plate 1 in the dispersed mode. One group is formed on one side of the horizontal axis direction and separated by distancs A, C, E, G and I, and the other group is formed on the other side and separated by distances B, D, F and H, with said distances being different. Each distance is expressed by (X+nm), where (n) is 0,1,2,...7, and X is the minimum size determined by the smallest diameter of the gear 2 with respect to the shaft, to which it is attached. The optimum substrate inserting groove is selected in correspondence with the pulse number.

    • PURPOSE:To raise reliability of a switch, by constituting the switch with a combination of a magnetic encoder and an electric switching element. CONSTITUTION:Output pulses in a number proportional to the rotation of a gear 7 are obtained from magnetic resisting effect element 6 by placing the gear 7 and the magnetic resisting effect element 6 with a suitable gap between them, and the pulses are supplied to a counter 8. The counter 8 counts the pulse output and gives its counting to a comparing device 9 and a comparing device 11 for speed control. The comparing device 9 sends a signal to an electric switch 10 to separate the auxiliary winding 3, when the number of pulses in unit time reaches a specified number. The comparing device 11 for speed control compares the number of output pulses and a set-up number of pulses and controls the switching element 12 of the main winding. In this way reliability of the switch can be raised.
